Episode begins with Rocky tells Rajveer that he will complete the mission. Police comes there so Rocky escapes from there. Mohit goes to bring taxi. Rajveer leaves the warehouse with Srishti.
In the Luthra house, Rishabh asks Mahesh that why everyone is silent. Mahesh tells him that they are waiting for Preeta. He says that Karan is not picking the call so they are worried Preeta will come or not. He informs him that they did not even eat anything. Rishabh hope that Preeta comes today. Everyone gets happy hearing door bell sound. Varun comes there. Kavya tells Luthras that she invited Varun too. Rishabh says that seems like Karan found Preeta that’s why Karan is not picking the call. Kareena says that Karan promised so he will bring Preeta for sure.
Meanwhile, Karan looks at Preeta while driving ( Sajdaa song plays in the background ). He recalls that how Preeta told him to drive slowly. He tells her that he will drive slowly and he will listen her always. He says that he can’t afford to lose her again. He adds that he become alive now because she returned in his life and cries. He places a kiss on her hand and wishes happy birthday to her.
Mahesh tells Rakhi that everyone want Preeta to return on her birthday and it’s going to be 12’o clock. Rakhi says that Karan will keep his promise for sure. Kavya cries. Everyone asks Kavya that what happened. Varun tells them that Kavya is feeling gulity that she don’t remember Preeta’s face. He says that Kavya is nervous to meet Preeta. Rishabh wipes Kavya’s tears. He tells her that Preeta loves her so much. Rakhi tells them that today they will get to know why Preeta stayed away from them till now.
Karan talks to unconscious Preeta. He tells her that Luthras waiting for them. He calls Rajveer and asks him that if the latter found his maasi. Mohit picks the call and informs Karan that Rajveer found his maasi and disconnects the call. Karan wonders that why goons tried to kill Preeta.
Rishabh says that just 5 minutes left. He adds that everyone will lose their hope if Preeta don’t return today then. Mahesh says that he is scared. They goes inside. Rakhi asks Kavya to not worry because Karan will bring Preeta for sure. Varun picks his mother call. Rishabh tells Luthras that Karan brought Preeta. He says that he saw from terrace. Luthras gets happy hearing this. Rakhi and Kavya takes flowers to welcome Preeta.
Karan enters the house with Preeta. Kareena says that Preeta is unconscious. Rakhi asks Karan that what happened to Preeta. Karan tells her that he kept his promise. He takes Preeta inside. Nidhi comes there and gets shocked seeing Preeta.
Mohit and Rajveer admits Srishti in the hospital. Rocky sees this. He calls Nidhi and tells her about Srishti. Nidhi gets worried that Srishti will expose her. She says that she has to kill Srishti first. Karan takes Preeta to his room. He tells Rakhi to prepare everything to celebrate Preeta’s birthday.
