Episode begins with Arjun disguises himself as waiter and takes Preeta’s food plate. Rishabh tells Preeta that she has to take medicine. Preeta tells him that she has to eat first. He tells her that he will arrange food for her and leaves the room. She sees the moon. She recalls that how she saw moon with Karan. Arjun comes there and gives food to her. He lies to her that her husband sent this food for her. She asks him to send her husband. He tells her that her hands are fine then why can’t she eat. She tells him that today is Karwa Chauth so her husband has to feed her. He tries to convince her to eat by herself. Rishabh comes there. He asks Preeta to have food. He moves aside to pick a call. Arjun tells Preeta that he made this sweet dish and gives it to her. She eats it ( Mahiya song plays in the background ). He leaves from there. She asks Rishabh to have food.
Arjun goes to his room. He recalls that how he made Preeta eat sweet dish and smiles. He hallucinates Preeta and dances with her. He comes to reality seeing Shekhar. Shekhar asks him that if the latter was waiting for someone else. Arjun tells him that it’s not like that. Shekhar tells him that he made mistake by keeping the meeting today. He informs him that he liked his proposal. He says that he will tell Rishabh in the next meeting that he liked Arjun’s proposal and leaves from there. Arjun tells himself that he will snatch everything from Rishabh.
Radhika notices luggages of Rishabh and Preeta. She asks them that if they are leaving. Shekhar asks Rishabh that how can the latter leave when he did not finalize the deal yet. Rishabh tells him that he has to take Preeta to hospital for checkup and he don’t want to take any risk. Radhika feels bad that Preeta leaving. Preeta blames herself for the accident. Rishabh asks her to not blame herself because it was not her mistake. Arjun says that it was Rishabh’s mistake. He says that if Rishabh was careful then it would not have happened. Preeta defends Rishabh. She thanks Maasa for everything. Maasa blesses Rishabh and Preeta. Rishabh and Preeta leaves from there. Arjun also leaves from there.
Later, Anjali gets happy seeing Arjun. She says that it looks like his day went well. She asks him about deal. He tells her that deal will be locked in the next meeting. She asks him that why he looks happy when deal is not locked yet. He tells her that how he broke Preeta’s fasting and goes inside.
Rishabh and Preeta enters Luthra house. Srishti tells Preeta that she missed her so much. Rakhi blesses Preeta. She goes to get the gift. Rishabh goes to his room. Preeta tells Srishti everything. She asks her to not tell about it to Rakhi. Rakhi gives gift to Preeta. Next day, Prithvi gives tea to Sherlyn. Sherlyn pushes the tray. She says that she wants revenge. She asks him that if he will take revenge or not.
