Episode begins with Shaurya accepting he spiked Rajveer and Shanaya’s juice. He says that he wanted to insult Rajveer in front of everyone; that’s why he did everything. Palki tells Shaurya that he doesn’t even deserve hatred. He tells her that he will go to any extent to ruin Rajveer’s life. He says that he won’t even hesitate to kill Rajveer. She gets shocked hearing this. He tells her that Rajveer doesn’t deserve to live. She tells him that Rajveer is the elder brother of the latter. She says that Rajveer is the elder son of Karan. He gets shocked hearing this and leaves from there.
On the other hand, Karan asks Dr. Siddharth to check Preeta. Gurpreet asks Dr. Siddharth whether Preeta is fine. Dr. Siddharth tells everyone to wait outside. Karan holds Preeta’s hand and tells her that everything will be fine. Preeta holds Karan’s hand. Karan requests Dr. Siddharth to let him stay there. He says that he won’t disturb Dr. Siddharth at all. Dr. Siddharth gives permission to Karan to stay there. Karan says thanks to Dr. Siddharth and moves aside.
Nidhi tells herself Preeta ruined her plan. She says that it would have been good if Preeta was fine. Kareena asks Nidhi why the latter is talking like this. Nidhi says that she is annoyed because everyone’s priority is Preeta. Rakhi comes there and asks what happened to Preeta.

Preeta regains her consciousness. She asks Nidhi why the latter wants to break the children’s relationship. Nidhi says that she did not say anything like that. Preeta asks Nidhi what the latter’s plan was.
Shaurya tells Palki that Karan has only one son, and that’s him. He says that Rajveer made his life hell. And says that Rajveer wants Luthras money and power. He adds that Rajveer doesn’t even deserve to be his servant, and Rajveer is his dog. Palki tells him to shut up.
