Episode begins with Srishti asks Nidhi that if the latter is behind the accidents which happened with Preeta. She says that Preeta is not alone. She warns her to not even think to harm Preeta. Nidhi tells her that she don’t have time to waste on others. Srishti warns her to stay away from Preeta and her family. She tells her that they are not interested in Luthras so Nidhi can stay in Luthra house. Karan sees Srishti and calls her. Srishti runs from there. Karan chases her. Nidhi and Aarohi gets confused seeing this.
On the other hand, Nilesh enters Preeta’s room. He takes the poison bottle from his pocket and says that Preeta will die in 5 minutes.
Rajveer reaches the hospital and he asks receptionist about Preeta. He learns that Preeta is in room number 5 and goes inside. He recalls that how he refused to leave the city when Srishti asked him to leave. He says that Srishti was right and he should have left the city with his family. He enters Preeta’s room. Nilesh hides in the room. Rajveer asks Preeta to regain consciousness because he can’t see her like this. He asks her to talk to him. Doctor comes there and tells Rajveer to leave from there because Preeta need rest. Rajveer says sorry to her and leaves from there. Doctor examines Preeta.
Karan gets happy seeing Srishti. He asks her that what happened to her and why she ran away like that. And asks her that how is she. He tries to hug her but Srishti stops him and asks him that who is he. He gets shocked hearing her. Then he assumes that she failed to recognize him because of his face. He tells her that he is Karan Luthra and he searched her and Preeta everywhere. She tells him that she don’t want to talk to him because she don’t trust him. He asks her to trust him. She runs from there.
Doctor sees Dadi medical reports. He tells her that she has to stay 5 hours for supervision. He says that Dadi has to take medicine on time. He tells Luthras to take care of Dadi and leaves from there.
Doctor leaves from Preeta’s room. Nilesh drops the injection by mistake. He says that today Preeta has to die. He tries to strangulate her. He covers her hearing door knocking sound. Karan enters the room and asks Nilesh that what is he doing there. Nilesh lies to him that his sister is admitted in that hospital. Karan asks him to call him if the latter need any help then. He tells him to find Preeta as soon as possible and leaves from there. Nidhi and Aarohi sees Nilesh and misunderstands that he killed Preeta.
