Episode begins with Anjali asks Nidhi that why the latter returned everything to Karan. And how Nidhi can act like fool. She tells her that she even told Luthras that Nidhi will destroy them but nothing happened like that. She says that Preeta and Karan deceived them. Nidhi warns her to not utter a word against Karan. She asks her that how the latter fell in love with Karan. She says that she know everything. Anjali agrees that she made mistake. She says that she failed to control her emotions.

Nidhi tells her that the latter tried to marry Karan deceiving her. She says that she sacrificed her love because Karan moved on in his life. And she still care about Karan. She tells her that the latter has to face her before destroying Karan. She says that she is happy, Karan got his family and his love. She tells her that the latter become mad. Anjali tries to slap her but the latter holds her hand. She tells her that she hate her. Nidhi tells her that the latter don’t know to love. Anjali says that she hate Preeta, Karan and Nidhi and leaves from there.

On the other hand, Karan demands kiss from Preeta. Preeta agrees to kiss him. He is about to kiss her and back off hearing Kavya’s voice. Rakhi and Kareena understands everything. Kavya says that she will sleep with Karan and Preeta today too. Rakhi asks Kavya to sleep with her today. Karan says that he missed Kavya’s childhood so he don’t want to miss anything from now on. Kareena and Rakhi leaves from there. Karan and Kavya plays with pillow. Preeta joins them.

Anjali recalls that how Karan rejected her and how Preeta slapped her. And also how Nidhi scolded her. She tells herself that everyone hate her. She says that Preeta snatched everything from her. She tells God that she loved Karan so much and he was everything for her but God did wrong with her. She notices truck and attempts to commit suicide. Public admits Anjali in the hospital.

Nidhi learns about Anjali’s accident and she reaches the hospital. She asks doctor about Anjali’s condition. Doctor tells her that Anjali is in critical condition. She cries seeing Anjali. She recalls their last conversation.

Rishabh shows farm house footage to Mahesh and Sameer. He says that it looks like it was pre planned so they have to identify the real culprit. Mahesh suggests him to seek detective help. Rishabh calls detective.

Next day, Preeta is busy with kitchen work. Karan comes there. Kareena teases Karan and leaves from there. Karan says that he missed all this so much. He tells Preeta that he used to hallucinate her everywhere and she lives in his soul. He says that Karan become alive after seeing her.
