Episode begins with Sherlyn tells Prithvi that he won’t do anything against her because still she is daughter in law of Luthra’s and he needs her help. He tells her that she misunderstood him. He says that right now he want to defeat Preeta and he has to snatch everything from Preeta which she snatched from him. So he don’t care that who is ready to help him to achieve his goal. He notices that Janki eavesdropping so he changes the topic. He tells Sherlyn that he knows that she want to protect Luthra’s. She also notices Janki and tells Prithvi that she won’t let anyone hurt her family.
She warns him to not do anything against her family. He moves out of the room and asks Janki that if she was eavesdropping. He threatens her and leaves from there. Sherlyn asks Janki that why the latter roaming in Luthra house still. Janki asks her that what’s going on between the latter and Prithvi. Sherlyn asks her that who is the latter to question her. Janki says that she will tell everyone about it and leaves from there.
Preeta asks Janki about Srishti. Janki informs her that Srishti left for Arora house. She says that she knows that the latter came to help Luthra’s but what if she ends up trouble while helping Luthra’s and who will save her. Preeta asks her that why the latter thinking about it now. Janki says that Sherlyn didn’t change at all and now Kritika is also against her. Preeta tells her that she is not surprised knowing this.
Preeta sees Karan and walks from there like she didn’t see him. Rakhi asks Karan that what happened. He tells her that sometimes he feels like Preeta returned for revenge but he also feels like she came for Luthra industries growth. She tells him that her heart says that Preeta returned for them not for money. She asks him to not fight with Preeta because Preeta already fighting against Prithvi for them. He assures her saying that he is on Preeta’s side only.
Prithvi tells Kritika that he was angry at her because she let Preeta use her to send him to jail. He says that it was hard for him to digest that she went against him. He tells her that he knows that he made lot of mistakes but he is not a bad person and situations made him like this. He asks her to forgive him and start living with him as his wife. She hesitates to forgive him. He tells her that he can understand that it’s not easy to forgive him but she need not to worry because he won’t do anything against her. He moves from there and she hugs him saying that she forgave him. He thinks that he will use Kritika to fight against Preeta.
Prithvi meets Nanavre and MLA. He lies to them that he went to help his staff. He tells them that there is a little change in Preeta’s presentation. Nanavre tells him that he can understand that the latter is insecure and he praises Preeta. Prithvi asks him to invest in Malhotra industries and says that anyone can give presentation but it’s not easy to execute it. MLA tells him that they were waiting to discuss with Preeta only. Preeta comes there and tells them that there is a surpise point in her presentation which she didn’t disclose yet. She says that she will meet them after disclosing it and moves from there. Prithvi thinks that it’s necessary to teach a lesson to Preeta.
