Episode begins with Karan returns home with Dadi and Kareena. Nidhi asks Karan that if he did not went to office. Kareena tells Karan to not blame them. Dadi asks Karan to not say he entered the temple due to them. Nidhi gets shocked hearing her. Karan says that it’s not a big deal. Dadi asks him that why he entered the temple after many years. He recalls that how he saw Preeta. He says that he don’t know how he entered the temple. He collides with Nidhi and juice spills on his outfit. Kareena asks him to change. Nidhi reminds Karan that they have to attend the award ceremony. Karan tells her that he will reach the venue after finishing the meeting. 

Mahi takes Ketan to help her to choose necklace for her. She tells him that they can try necklace with lehenga in this shop. She learns that the necklace she choosed is expensive one so she sees other collection. Rajveer takes Palki inside. Shaurya and Sanju enters the shop. On the other hand, Karan tells Driver Manoj to drive carefully. Manoj talks about Preeta. Karan scolds him. Manoj hits Preeta and the latter loses her consciousness. 

Shaurya and Sanju searches Palki. Mahi gets surprised seeing Shaurya. She decides to take selfie with him. Shaurya asks manager about Palki. Manager tells him to ask the salesgirls. Karan scolds Manoj and he get off the car. Public scolds Karan and Manoj. Karan says that he will take Preeta to city hospital. One lady tells him that she will accompany him. 

Palki asks Rajveer that why he had put ring on her finger. She says that only finance and husband can put ring on ring finger. And her alliance fixed with Ketan already. She tries to remove the ring but fails. Rajveer asks her to calm down. He says that he won’t marry now and he don’t want to marry her. She asks him that why he won’t marry her. He tells her that her alliance fixed with Ketan that’s why. She asks him that if he would have married her, if her alliance had not fixed with Ketan. He nods at her. She tells him that she want to focus on her career. He asks her that why she agreed to marry Ketan. She tells him that Daljeet selected Ketan for her one year back and she can’t oppose her mother. She says that a child can do anything for her mother. He tells her that he can understand her. 

Mini tells Palki that the latter’s mother in law choosed necklace for her. Palki goes to trail room. Shaurya asks Mini about Palki. Mini tells him that she saw Palki. She points out the way Palki went. Sanju asks Shaurya that what the latter is planning to do with Palki. Shaurya tells him that he goes with flow. He collides with Ketan. Mahi sees that and decides to meet Shaurya later. Meanwhile, Karan picks Preeta up and admits her in the hospital. Her duppata falls on her face so he did not see her face.
