The episode begins with Janki asks Srishti that is she drunk or what and why the latter talking like this. Srishti tells her that she just needs her support and if she has her support then she can face any danger fearlessly. She informs her that they should reach Lonavla to attend Sonakshi’s marriage and asks her to get ready. Janki asks her that what the latter going to say to Sarla. Srishti tells her that they can’t tell the truth to Sarla and leaves from there to get ready.
On the other hand, Mahesh complaints about Karan to Dadi saying that Karan was roaming with Rajat instead of taking care of Preeta. Karan asks Dadi to not listen Mahesh. Dadi tells him that the latter did wrong. Sarla searches Srishti in the house and finds Srishti’s letter and learns that Srishti left the house for her love and then she reads Janki’s letter which states that Janki following Srishti to stop her.
Meanwhile Srishti tells Janki that Sarla will call Preeta to know about her whereabouts. Janki informs her that she wrote letter on their names. Srishti shocks hearing her then realises that right now Sarla would have realised that it’s her handwriting and laughs at her. Sarla thinks that when Srishti will become mature and left for Lonavla even though she told her to not go there. She calls Srishti but no response from other side so she calls Janki and the latter picks the call and apologizes to her and puts the blame on Srishti and gives the mobile to Srishti.
Srishti apologizes to Sarla and tells her that she wanted to meet Preeta that’s why she left the house without informing her. Sarla yells at her and tells her that the latter is not a kid anymore. Srishti tells her that Karan invited her for the marriage. Sarla asks her to not disturb Luthra’s and take care of Janki too and disconnects the call. Janki asks Srishti that why the latter lied to Sarla that Karan invited her. Srishti tells her that Sarla won’t get to know about this lie so no problem.
Sarla calls Preeta and asks her that if the latter is fine and now the latter is not alone so she need to take care of herself very well. Preeta tells her that she is not pregnant and can’t become a mother too.
Karan tells Dadi that Preeta told him to help Rajat. Dadi asks him promise that he won’t leave Preeta for a second too and he will keep her happy always and he will give padam milk to her daily. He tells her that Preeta is his wife so it’s obvious that he will take care of her then what’s the need of these promises. Mahesh asks him to give kisses to Preeta while waking her. Karan runs from the room.
Sarla asks Preeta to not talk like this. Preeta tells her that Doctor confirmed that she is not pregnant and can’t conceive because her womb is weak. Sarla tells her that they will test again. Preeta tells her that she didn’t inform about it to Luthra’s yet and seeing their happiness she could not able to tell them and cries.
