Episode begins with Kavya hugs Karan. Karan tells her that her mother returned. She tells him that he completed their family and fulfilled her dream. She thanks him. She holds Preeta’s hand and cries ( Maa meri song plays in the background ). She recalls the moments she shared with Preeta. She tells Karan that Preeta is beautiful. He agrees with her. She tells him that she knew only he can bring Preeta home. He thanks her for trusting him. She thanks him for completing her life. She goes to help in Rakhi.
Karan calls doctor and tells him to wait for him outside back door. He tells Preeta that he don’t want to tell his family about her kidnap. He says that he don’t know full details and he won’t spare the person who is responsible for her condition.
Nidhi reaches the hospital. Rocky shows Rajveer to Nidhi. He tells her that Rajveer saved Srishti. She decides to disguise as doctor to kill Srishti. He reminds her that she failed to kill Preeta in doctor disguise. He says that he will handle Rajveer and Mohit. He wears doctor coat and mask.
Mohit asks Rajveer to not worry because doctor said Srishti will regain her consciousness soon. Rajveer tells him that it’s hard to wait. Rocky tells them that they can’t wait outside the room because that’s critical area. He sends them from there. He calls Nidhi and tells her that she can do her job now. Nidhi enters Srishti’s room. She says that she has to kill Srishti to save her life. She pours a liquid on the bed and says that Srishti will die in the hospital.
Karan talks to the unconscious Preeta. He tells her that doctor examined her and said she is fine. He is happy because Preeta will regain her consciousness soon. He thanks God for returning Preeta in his life. Preeta regains her consciousness slightly. He tells her that he is Karan. She falls asleep again. He tells her to take rest and wake up later. He wishes happy birthday to Preeta and goes downstairs to help his family.
Preeta wakes up and recalls Srishti’s kidnap. She realises that she is in Karan’s room. She wonders where is Srishti. She calls Rajveer and asks him about Srishti. Rajveer tells her that he found Srishti and they are in city hospital. She tells him that she will reach the city hospital and disconnects the call.
Nidhi tells Srishti that the latter has to die first and after that she will kill Preeta. Srishti strangulate Nidhi. She says that Nidhi can’t even hurt Preeta. She could not attack Nidhi because of weakness. Nidhi laughs and kills Srishti. She confirms that Srishti had died. She decides to burn Srishti’s dead body. She burns Srishti and leaves from there happily. Srishti breathes.
