Episode begins with Dadi asks Rakhi about Mahesh and the latter replies her that he is in his room. Kareena asks Rakhi that why he is not coming out of the room. Rakhi tells her that he don’t want anyone to disturb him. Dadi asks her that what is she hiding. Rakhi tells them that yesterday night Mahesh took his depression pills and today morning he behaved like earlier and she gets worried for him. She says to them that today it’s Krishna Janmashtami and Preeta’s report will come too so she hopes that they will get good news.
On the other hand, Srishti searches Janki and Sarla in the house and assumes that they would have went for shopping. She picks Sameer’s call and asks him that why he called her. Sameer informs her about Sonakshi’s arrival and tells her that Sonakshi leaving for London. She tells him that Sonakshi have lied so much till now that’s why it’s hard to believe her. She thanks him for informing her and asks him to keep informing her that what’s happening in Luthra house because Preeta is not sharing anything with her. He agrees to inform her and the latter disconnects the call. She prays to God for Preeta and Karan’s happiness.
Sherlyn asks Prithvi that what happened. He tells her that Kritika cried because of her. He says to her that the latter indirectly told Kritika to leave for Malhotra house and the latter also knows that what will happen if he and Kritika left Luthra house then. She thinks that they will share a room in Malhotra house. He tells her that they can’t meet and also he can’t help her. She tells him that she won’t say anything from now on. He taunts her for not separating Karan and Preeta. She asks him that what he did to separate them. He says to her that he is waiting for the right chance.
Karan video calls Dr Aanchal to know about Preeta’s report. Dr Aanchal tells Luthra’s that Preeta’s fertility issues may take long time to resolve. Preeta cries hearing her and runs to her room. Karan follows her. Sherlyn smiles. Rakhi asks that what she is going to say to Mahesh and cries. Kareena asks her to not cry and she has solution for this problem. Dadi and Rakhi asks her that what’s the solution. Kareena tells them that she will tell in front of Karan and Preeta. They goes to Karan’s room.
Preeta tells Karan that she wants a baby and cries. Kareena tells them that treatment may fail too and suggests them to adopt a baby. She says to them that final decision would be theirs only. She tells Karan that Preeta suffering the most now and Preeta needs a baby. She tells them that even Mahesh needs a baby to come out of his depression.
She informs them that her friend has an orphanage and if they are okay then she will talk to her friend. Rakhi supports Kareena and she asks Karan and Preeta to think about it. Karan and Preeta decides to adopt a baby. Sherlyn shocks hearing that and decides to stop the adoption with Prithvi’s help. Kritika tells Prithvi that next time she won’t stay silent if Sherlyn taunted her then. Sherlyn calls Prithvi.
