Episode begins with Shaurya dances with his friends. Nidhi asks Karan to announce Shaurya as CEO of Luthra industries. Karan asks her to give him five minutes and goes inside. Nidhi tells herself that Shaurya will follow her orders so she will rule Luthra empire soon.
Shaurya comes there and asks Nidhi that when Karan will make an announcement. Nidhi tells him that Karan forgot few papers so Karan went inside to bring them. Malishka comes there and congratulates Shaurya. She says that Shaurya deserves to become a CEO of Luthra industries and she is happy for him. Shaurya sees Sunny going towards his room with a girl. He wonders whether Sunny will misuse his room.
On the other hand, Karan apologises to Preeta for scolding her. Preeta tells him that she did not feel bad. He says that he is feeling guilty for his tone. She apologises to him for hiding the house matter from him. She says that she was confused because so much was happening. Nidhi comes there and overhears their conversation. She thinks that after today Preeta can’t come to Luthra house and leaves from there.
Mahesh tells Rajveer that no one took the latter’s name. Rajveer says that he is just a employee so it’s fine. Rakhi overhears their conversation. She takes the mic and goes to the stage. She tells everyone that she won’t bore them but she want to tell them something which Karan and Shaurya forgot. She says that Rajveer also deserves credit for Luthra industries success. Dadi and Kareena agrees with Rakhi. Shaurya gets irritated hearing this. He tells his friends that he will fire Rajveer after becoming CEO.
Shanaya asks Palki that whether the latter is not bothered that Rajveer will lose the job. Palki tells Shanaya that Rajveer is talented and he will get new job easily. She says that it must be Shaurya’s lose if Shaurya fired Rajveer from the job then. Nidhi overhears their conversation. She tells Palki that Luthra industries won’t face any lose without Rajveer. She says that Rajveer will come to road without job because he won’t get any job. Karan overhears their conversation.
Shaurya asks Sunny that where the latter took that girl. Sunny tells Shaurya that he took her to washroom. He says that he is not that kind of person. Sandy gives alcohol to Shaurya. Shaurya asks Sandy that how can he drink today.
Nidhi talks to the goon whom she hired to set fire on Preeta’s house. She notices Karan is hearing her and changes the topic. She goes to him. Karan asks her that with whom she was talking to. She lies to him that she was talking to Aarohi. He understands that Nidhi is related to Preeta’s house burning matter. She thinks that Karan did not hear anything and goes inside. Mahesh takes Karan inside. Rajveer picks Karan’s call and goes inside.
