Episode begins with Rakhi tells Preeta to take rest. Preeta falls asleep due to medicine affect. Rakhi learns that Arjun is fine now and enters his room ( Maa meri song plays in the background ). She cries recalling the moments she shared with him. Arjun wakes up and gets surprised seeing her. She tells him that her intention was not disturbing him. He asks her to not cry. She tells him that she is indebted to him. She thanks him for risking his life to save them. He tells her that he also feel like crying seeing her crying. He asks her that if Preeta is fine. Meanwhile, Preeta wakes up and recalls that how Arjun apologized to her and how Anjali blamed her for Arjun’s condition.
Rakhi tells Arjun that how she got stopped outside his room. Doctor comes there and says that he has to inject Arjun. Arjun says that he is completely fine and he tries to leave. Ward boys holds Arjun. Arjun says that they can’t force like this and he warns Doctor to sue him. Rakhi recalls that how Karan used to react like this and smiles. She tells Arjun to calm down. Arjun tells her that he is fine already. She hugs him saying that nothing will happen to him. Doctor injects Arjun. Rakhi notices mole on Arjun’s hand and runs from there.
Srishti asks Preeta that what happened. Preeta tells her that she got treatment so she is fine now. Kavya asks her about Arjun’s condition. Preeta asks Srishti to stay with Kavya and goes to meet Arjun. Kareena asks Rakhi that what happened. Rakhi tells her that she is going home and leaves the hospital.
Arjun orders Nurse to call Anjali because he want to get discharged. Nurse tells him that he is under observation so he can’t leave the hospital today. He tells her that he can buy this hospital. Preeta comes there and asks him that if he is fine. He learns that Preeta also fainted. Kavya comes there and Preeta holds the former. Arjun tells Preeta that he want to hug Kavya. Preeta leaves Kavya’s hand. Arjun hugs Kavya. He tells Preeta to take Kavya home. Preeta leaves from there with Kavya. Sameer hugs Arjun. He thanks him for saving Luthras. He promises to help him in the future. He asks him to take care and leaves from there. Anjali sees everything.
In the Luthra mansion, Rakhi runs into the store room and takes Karan’s album from there. Kareena enters the house and tells Dadi that Rakhi behaved weird in the hospital. She notices that store room is open and Karan’s album is missing. Mahesh comes there. Kareena tells him everything. He tells her that Rakhi must be in Karan’s room. In Karan’s room, Rakhi cries seeing the photo in which mole is visible on Karan’s hand ( Maa meri song plays in the background ). She smiles saying that it’s same.
