Episode begins with Preeta reaches the hospital and asks Nurse about child specialist. Dr Bindu comes there and she talks like she knows Pihu. She tells Preeta to not worry because Pihu faints when she gets nervous. Preeta asks her that how the latter knows this about Pihu. Dr Bindu tells her that she knows Pihu’s biological mother who used to work in NGO but now she is no more. Preeta gets confused hearing her and informs her that she adopted Pihu. Dr Bindu informs her that she searched Pihu so much and learnt that Pihu’s birth certificate has been changed.
She asks her to wait outside and she won’t let anything happen to Pihu. Preeta leaves the room and recalls Dr Bindu’s words and Sonakshi’s words and also how Sonakshi throw Pihu. She thinks that Sonakshi hurted Pihu because Pihu is not her daughter. She enters the room and asks Dr Bindu to stay with Pihu and she will return within 30 minutes. She decides to teach lesson to Sonakshi.
On the other hand, Sonakshi waits for Karan. Sherlyn tells her that she has to go to Luthra house to prove that Preeta is bad mother. Meanwhile, Preeta recalls that how Sonakshi said that she won’t hesitate to kill Luthra’s if they went against her then. She asks God to give strength to her because if Sonakshi can kidnap Pihu then she can do anything with Luthra’s. She calls Karan and then Srishti but no response from other side. Then she calls Police and asks them to reach Luthra house.
Rajeev tells Sonakshi that she betrayed him because she didn’t mention about Police’s involvement while making deal with him. She tells him that he is getting money for his work and she didn’t betray him and asks him to not talk to her like this. He tells her that he can’t hear her nonsense and badmouths about her. She says to her that he don’t trust her now. She points gun at her and threatens to kill him. He snatches the gun from her. They learns about Karan’s arrival.
Karan asks Mahesh and Dadi to wait outside and he enters the godown with Vinod and his team. He notices Sameer and Srishti laying unconscious there. Vinod finds Sonakshi unconscious there. Rajeev and his team snatches gun from Vinod and his team. Karan asks Rajeev about Pihu. Sonakshi wakes up and attacks Rajeev. Vinod and his team catches Rajeev. Karan asks Sonakshi that where is Pihu now. She tells him that she wants their daughter and she will die without her. He tells her to stay with Sameer and Srishti.
He asks Rajeev about Pihu’s whereabouts. Rajeev tells him that Pihu is with Preeta because Preeta told him to kidnap Pihu. Karan gets angry hearing him. Rajeev tells him that Preeta did everything for money and to get good name in front of Luthra’s. He shows Preeta’s duppata to him. Vinod tells his team to admit Sameer and Srishti in the hospital. Sonakshi recalls that how she blackmailed Rajeev with Simi’s life. Rajeev runs from there. Karan takes Preeta’s duppata.
