Episode begins with Karan informs Preeta that kidnapper took her name as culprit. She asks him that how can he believe kidnapper. She tells him that those kidnappers are hired by Sonakshi. He asks him that where is Pihu now. Sonakshi asks Preeta that why she will kidnap Pihu. Preeta lashes out at Sonakshi for lying. She tells Karan that Sonakshi tortured Pihu physically and mentally so she fainted. She informs him that she admitted Pihu in hospital and even Pihu knows that Sonakshi is her kidnapper. Mahesh’s condition gets worsen. Karan asks Preeta to bring Pihu. He takes Mahesh to his room. Kritika and Preeta leaves for hospital.
Sherlyn asks Sonakshi that why the latter seems tensed. Sonakshi tells her that Pihu knows that she is kidnapper. Sherlyn asks her that can’t the latter hide her face from child. Sonakshi tells her that everything happened because of Pihu. Sherlyn asks her to manipulate Pihu. Sonakshi tells her that she even hurted Pihu so she can’t manipulate her but she can do something else. Sherlyn tells her that the latter ruined everything. Sonakshi hires someone to kill Pihu. Sherlyn gets shocked after hearing her and asks her to not do that. Sonakshi tells her that she need to kill Pihu to escape.
Preeta and Kritika reaches the hospital. Pihu regains her consciousness and hugs Preeta. Kritika thinks that if Preeta harmed Pihu then she would have hugged Preeta like this. Nurse asks Preeta to fulfill the discharge formalities. Kritika tells Preeta that she will do that and asks her to take Pihu home. She asks Preeta to expose the real culprits.
Contract killer Santhosh gets into Preeta’s car. Preeta tells Pihu that she won’t leave her for a second also from now on. Pihu tells her that she don’t like Sonakshi. Preeta tells her that she will protect her from Sonakshi. She puts Pihu in the car and she takes driver seat.
On the other hand, Doctor examines Mahesh and asks Karan to not give any stress to him. Kareena asks Rakhi and Dadi to not cry. Mahesh asks Karan to call Rishabh. Rakhi asks him to get some rest. Sonakshi blames herself for Mahesh’s condition. Sherlyn lies to them that Sonakshi fainted after seeing Mahesh in that condition.
Santhosh calls Sonakshi and informs her that he finished half work and it will look like accident only. She asks him to do something. Sherlyn tells her that she can’t believe that the latter doing all this. Karan calls Preeta but no response from other side. Then he calls Kritika and learns that Preeta and Pihu left from hospital. He recalls the moment he shared with Preeta and Pihu.
Sonakshi thanks him for saving their daughter. He tells her that Pihu is his and Preeta’s daughter. He says to her that he knows that Preeta won’t harm Pihu deliberately. Meanwhile, Sarla feels that something bad going to happen and prays to God for Preeta. Sonakshi tells Sherlyn that Preeta going to leave from the latter’s life permanently.
