The episode starts with Tulsi getting the order for 10 Lakh saree and Mihir calls Noina to ask where the good news is. Mihir tells Noina he started celebrating to get an order and Noina tells Mihir that Tulsi has delivered the saree. Mihir asks Noina how this is possible and how Tulsi can win. Mihir thanks Baapa for helping Tulsi and he prays for Tulsi forever.
Supriya calls Malti to inform that Tulsi has got a big order and Supriya joins Bandhej in celebration. Supriya asks Tulsi if she can bring anything for her and Vrinda congratulate Tulsi. Angad joins in the celebration and Tulsi calls Ajay because they have got 10 Lakh power handloom saree and she decides to back off. Tulsi tells Ajay they need a big factory and Ajay suggests a factory which belongs to Mihir Virani. Tulsi tells Ajay she doesn’t want any favour from them and Ajay tells Tulsi she is doing favour by giving work to them. Angad tells Tulsi he feels bad for Ritik because he is in depression and he tries to convince her. Ajay tells Tulsi they are doing just business with them and Tulsi finds logic in this . Ajay tells Tulsi to think again and Angad tells Ajay to leave it.
Mihir learns that their factory is in the default list and soon the factory will be auctioned. Noina asks the advisor how they will save the factory and Mihir tells Noina how he can advise them. Noina asks Mihir where his attention is and she tells Mihir that a business runs on hardwork. Mihir tells Noina he has done a lot and he taught that the new generation will run the business but they fail to prove it.
Ritik waits for Ajay and Ritik asks Ajay why he called him. Ajay tells Ritik he has good news and he tells Ritik about Tulsi’s order. Ritik is happy for his mother and Ajay asks Ritik to help his mother. Ritik asks Ajay how he can help Mumma and Ajay shares everything with him. Ajay tells Ritik to think.
Ritik comes to meet Tulsi and he tells her that he has become a joke for everyone. Tulsi asks Ritik to share his problem and Ritik tells Tulsi his self confidence is finished by taunting Ranvijay and Mitali. Ritik asks Tulsi why she saves him and Tulsi tells Ritik not to say this. Tulsi tells Ritik he always supported her and gave her courage. Ritik tells Tulsi only she can understand his strength and he asks her to help him to prove to everyone he is best. Ritik asks Tulsi for one chance and Ritik asks Tulsi to use their factory to complete the project. Ritik tells Tulsi that the factory is going to auction and only she can save the factory. Ritik tells Tulsi wants to save the factory and if he doesn’t get the chance then he will be the loser. Ritik asks Tulsi to help him once and only she can make his destiny. Ritik tells Tulsi only she can give him self confidence and she believes he can do it. Ritik wants the confidence back and Tulsi tells Ritik not to request her. Tulsi tells Ritik she is ready to help him because she trusts him and she is confident. Tulsi asks Vrinda to give her tea because she has lots of work to do and she is ready to work with Ritik.
Mihir learns that someone has come to meet him and Ajay comes to meet Mihir. Ajay greets Mihir and Ajay tells Mihir he wants to talk to him about something important about a deal. Ajay tells Mihir he wants to help him by restarting his factory in Saki Naka and Ajay reminds Mihir about his call to save the Tempo from Ranvijay. Mihir was at the time when Ranvijay was ordering Subhash to fire the tempo and he decided to help Tulsi so he chose Ajay from a new number. Ajay tells Mihir he was sure that he is helping Tulsi and Mihir learns that Tulsi doesn’t know anything. Ajay requests Mihir to think and Mihir finds it difficult.
Angad tells Tulsi to find some other factory and Tulsi tells Angad that Ritik is totally broken so she doesn’t want to see him broken so that’s why she will help Ritik. Angad tells Tulsi to think again about what she is doing and Mihir asks Ajay if Tulsi is ready to use their factory. Ajay tells Mihir that Maa is ready and he respects Maa very much. Mihir bless Ajay and allows him. Ajay wants to stop the auction of the factory and Tulsi tells Angad she will stop the auction. Mihir tells Ajay that Tulsi will stop the auction and Tulsi tells Angad she will stop the auction for Ritik.
