The episode starts with Tulsi surprises Om and Parvati on their 36th anniversary and she has also ordered a cake for them. Tulsi tells them to cut the cake but Mihir stops them because he wants to talk to them regarding the property and Mihir asks Om what will be the price of the property. Om tells Mihir he will not sell the property and Parvati decides to return the property at one condition. Parvati keeps a price letter and she asks Tulsi to read it. Pari tells Noina that they are very greedy and Tulsi reads that this haveli will cost them 1 rupee. Pari gets very happy and she thanks them. Parvati tells Pari they will return the property at 1 rupee but at one condition and Parvati asks everyone why Baa gifted this haveli to Parth. Mihir tells Parvati he doesn’t know and Parvati insists Parth to speak up why Baa gifted him the property. Parth remembers that Baa talks to him regarding this property and he suggests her to give this property to Tulsi but Baa refuses it because Tulsi is very naive and she will return this property if any one wants from her. Then Baa decides to give this property to him and he will return the property at the age of 18th Birthday. Parth approaches Om and Parvati because they are well wishers of her Badi MAA. Parth gives the letter also and he requests her to give it to his Badi MAA. Parth requests Parvati to return the property to Tulsi Maa and Gayatri gets angry at Parth. Parvati tells Gayatri Baa has decided to give this property to Tulsi because Baa loves Tulsi a lot. Parvati tells Gayatri this haveli is very precious for Baa and that’s why she decided to give it to Tulsi. Parvati gives the paper to Tulsi and Pari thanks Parvati for taking care of the property because she wants that property. Pari tries to take the file but Parvati tells her not to touch the file because Baa has given the property to Tulsi and she won’t be able to give this property to anyone. Pari’s expectations are broken and Parvati console Tulsi because Baa has given a big responsibility to her. Parvati reminds Tulsi to pay her 1 rupee because that one rupee is Baa’s blessings and Tulsi reads the last letter of Baa. Tulsi starts weeping because she misses her Baa a lot and Parvati reads the letter for Tulsi. Baa writes that everything might change but her Tulsi will not change and she will do lots of things for own but she will not change herself. Baa tells Tulsi this haveli is very impressive for her because her sweet memories are attracted to this house. Baa tells Tulsi she will meet her in this house and she tells her that many people will try to take this property for their own benefits which is why she is giving the authority she won’t be able to sell or transfer this property. Baa also writes that children sell their ancestral house for money and she doesn’t want this house to get sold. Baa writes to Tulsi her soul is inside the house and she suggests her to build a school in that place. Baa takes the promise from Tulsi to take care of the house and Tulsi sees Baa’s face in the letter. Pari, Gayatri and Noina are not happy with Baa’s decision and Tulsi will keep the promise. Tulsi tells Parvati she will not take the property at 1 rupee and Parvati tells Tulsi that Saas has kept a house for her because Baa loves her. Tulsi tells Parvati that Baa didn’t love her and Tulsi tells Parvati she is very good because she has taken care of her Baa’s trust. Parvati thanks Parvati and Om tells Tulsi this property belongs to her. Tulsi requests Parvati to take one thing from her and she will not refuse to take it. Tulsi gives Ramcharitmanas to Parvati which is a very precious thing for her house. Parvati takes the Ramcharitmanas and Tulsi thanks her.
