The episode starts with Hemant and Gautam entering the court together and the judge tells everyone to sit. The judge tells the lawyer to proceed but she doesn’t want any personal accusations and Hemant calls Ranvijay first. Ranvijay stands in the witness desk and Hemant asks Ranvijay to take an oath he will not lie. Hemant asks Ranvijay when he started the domestic violence with Pari and Gautam makes an objection. The judge agrees with Gautam and Hemant changes the question. Hemant asks Ranvijay if he raised his hand on Pari and Ranvijay tells Hemant he hasn’t touched Pari. Hemant tells the court that Ranvijay is lying and Hemant shows the proof to the judge. The judge sees the pictures and Gautam is completely shocked. Gautam wants to see the picture and Gautam stares at Ranvijay. Gautam tells the court he has another and he wants her to look. The judge sees the photos which are completely opposite and the judge asks Gautam what is this. Gautam tells the court that he wants to call Parekh’s family to prove his points and the Parekh’s family appears in the court. Ajay remembers the old trauma and Tulsi requests Ajay to help Pari. Gautam calls Ajay’s sister and mother to ask about how they are feeling and he reminds them they have been in the court 6 years ago. Indira tells Gautam they were here because of Pari because Pari has filled a case of domestic violence on them and Gautam asks Sandhya to explain in details. Sandhya tells the court about what Pari did with them and Pari starts crying. Gautam tells the truth to the judge and now he calls Ajay on the witness desk. Gautam begins to question Ajay and he reminds the judge about the photos. Gautam asks Ajay if he beat Pari and Ajay tells Gautam those injuries are fake because he didn’t hit Pari. Gautam makes it clear that he didn’t beat Pari and Ajay tries to defend Pari but Gautam makes him quiet. Gautam asks Ajay if Tulsi saves him and Hemant makes an objection. The judge agrees with Gautam and Gautam asks Ajay to admit the truth. Ajay accepts the truth and Gautam tells the judge that Pari was having an affair with Ranvijay when she was married to Ajay. Gautam tells the court he has lots of proof and he hands over the print out of the messages to the judge. Gautam tells Hemant to ask Ajay if he wants to ask anything and Hemant tells Gautam he doesn’t want to ask anything. Then Gautam asks Tulsi to come to the witness desk. Gautam tells Tulsi he knows she has adopted Pari and he asks Tulsi why she supported Ajay instead of Pari. Gautam tells Tulsi he wants to ask a question and he knows she has the answer. Gautam asks Tulsi to explain to him about the pictures and Tulsi tells Gautam that pictures can lie but she knows Pari is not lying now. Tulsi tells Gautam she supports the truth and she stands with Pari now. Gautam tells Hemant that Pari can make the marks herself and Gautam reminds the judge about the gas leakage tragedy. Gautam tells the court that Pari is characterless and Tulsi tells Gautam that Ranvijay tries to kill Pari. Gautam asks Tulsi how she knows and she tells Gautam he is making the questions. Gautam tells the court he doesn’t want to ask anything because he has proved his point and he tells the court that he wants justice for his client. Tulsi tells the judge she wants to say something and she asks the judge to give Pari a chance. Tulsi tells the court that Pari has been tortured mentally and physically that’s why she wants justice for Pari. The judge tells everyone she will make the verdict tomorrow till then she adjourns the court.
Tulsi and Pari meet the Parekh family and Ajay apologises to Tulsi because they don’t want to come but they were helpless. Ajay apologises to Tulsi and Tulsi tells Ajay that Pari is getting punishment for her sins. Pari apologises to Ajay and his family. Indrani apologises to Tulsi for not helping her and she will pray to Thakur ji may Pari gets justice.
