The episode starts with Hemant telling the court that Pari and Ranvijay’s relationship will not work and that’s why he demands divorce for them. This shocked everyone in the court and Gautam stood up against the closing statement. Gautam tells the court he also wants divorce from Pari but Ranvijay has some concerns and he starts counting the favour which Ranvijay has done. Gautam tells the judge to give equal share for Ranvijay so that he doesn’t suffer financial loss and Mihir is ready to pay any amount. Gautam tells Hemant that Ranvijay wants his daughter back and he tells the judge to give the custody to Ranvijay. Pari tells the judge she doesn’t want Ranvijay to get Garima because he doesn’t love her and Pari reminds Ranvijay how he is an irresponsible father. The judge tells Pari to sit and Ranvijay asks the judge to say something. Ranvijay tells the judge about Garima’s birthday and every detail of Garima. Pari tells Tulsi that Ranvijay is bluffing and Ranvijay tells the court he wants his daughter to give her a proper life. Ranvijay tells the court that a father have equal rights on his daughter and Ranvijay only wants his daughter. Pari tells Tulsi she doesn’t know how Ranvijay gets to know about Garima’s details and Gautam closes his statement. The judge tells everyone that a child needs a mother as well as a mother and the judge decides after hearing the statement to realise Ranvijay and his family. The court grants divorce also and Ranvijay gets the custody of Garima also. The judge tells the Virani’s to give equal rights to Ranvijay and the Virani’s lose the case. Ranvijay and Gautam celebrate the victory and the Virani’s feels disgraceful. Everyone congratulate Gautam and Tulsi asks Gautam what he has done and she reminds Gautam that Ranvijay is a cheater. Tulsi tells Gautam if Ranvijay wants the share then they can give it and Tulsi asks Gautam what he gets after doing this. Gautam tells Tulsi she should ask herself to do discrimination and Tulsi tells Gautam that every child is equal. Tulsi remembers the moment and Gautam tells Tulsi to stop blaming him for everything. Gautam tells Tulsi to end this Karan and Arjun lets him go. Tulsi reminds Gautam about that Karan who thinks that injustice has been done with and today her own son is thinking the same. Ranvijay comes to irritate Tulsi and Gautam takes him away. Tulsi is very disappointed with the cout’s verdict and the opposite side Noina celebrates the defeat of Tulsi.
Gautam and Ranvijay celebrate in the car and Ranvijay tells Gautam that Angad is with him. Gautam tells Ranvijay to stop the topic of Virani’s and Gautam tells Ranvijay to think about the share. Gautam tells Ranvijay he fought the case just to take the revenge of his humiliation done by the Virani’s and Ranvijay tells Gautam he can understand his pain. Gautam comes to the airport to take the flight and Noina comes to meet Gautam. Noina thanks Gautam and Gautam tells Noina he did all this for himself. Gautam tells Noina he should thank her and he didn’t do any favour on her. Gautam tells Noina she is hurting his family and his family deserves the pain. Gautam tells Noina he has to leave and he doesn’t want to meet her ever again. Noina thinks her work is done.
Sobha and Tulsi still shock what Gautam has done and Tulsi tells Sobha she also doesn’t know what Gautam is doing. Vrinda asks Tulsi about the person whom Gautam gives respect.
Noina tells Suchi she is very happy because Tulsi has lost and she has got her self respect. Noina tells Suchi her ego is satisfied now and Tulsi tells Sobha what kind of a victory for Gautam. Tulsi admits her mistake and Sobha tells Tulsi she was not wrong. Sobha tells Tulsi that she has done a lot for Gautam and Gautam keeps blaming his parents. Sobha tells Tulsi she always loves her children equally and Tulsi is hurt by Gautam’s statement.
