The episode starts with Noina learns that Tulsi has paid the debt of Virani industry and Ajay tells the auctionist that Tulsi Maa has guaranteed the bank she will pay the amount so Tulsi has authority to run the industry because she has the order. The bank decides to give Tulsi ji a chance and therefore the auction is stopped. Ritik hugs Ritik and they celebrate. Vaishnavi tells Parth not to hug her and the bank stands beside Tulsi. Ajay thanks the bank authority for helping them and Mihir goes to Ranvijay to tease him. Mihir reminds Ranvijay he won’t be able to buy his factory and he gives the 1 penny back to Ranvijay.
Vrinda is upset and Angad tries to convince her. Vrinda tells Angad to leave her and Angad apologises to Vrinda. Angad tells Vrinda if she will not accept his apology then he will stay tied to her together and Angad asks Vrinda to tell him I love you. Vrinda tells Angad she will not accept his apology because he will lose his patience of touching her and Angad doesn’t want to miss the chance.
Ranvijay is very disappointed and Tulsi tells Ranvijay she will defeat him in every war. Ranvijay tells Tulsi not to dream and Tulsi assures Ranvijay that she will complete the order. Ranvijay challenges Tulsi and Tulsi accepts the challenge. Tulsi tells Ranvijay that she learns a lot from Thakurji regarding hard work and Tulsi tells Ajay to start the paper work. Noina learns that Mihir and Tulsi will work together and Noina tells Tulsi she doesn’t want to see them working together. Ajay reminds Noina about the favour which Tulsi ji has done on them and he tells Noina that Tulsi ji will complete her order. Ranvijay learns from Ritik he has decided to work together and Noina asks Mihir is this true. Ritik tells Noina it’s true and now he will prove his capability. Ranvijay will see and Ajay asks Mihir to sign the paper. Mihir tells Ajay he will not work with Tulsi Virani and Tulsi asks Ajay why Mihir is backing off. Ajay asks Mihir about the deal and Mihir tells Ajay he has decided so he doesn’t want to argue. Ritik tells Noina we have to start the work and because of Maa they are able to save the bank. Ritik tells Noina to convince Papa and Ajay tells Mihir to think again. Tulsi tells Ajay not to request Mihir and they will another factory. Tulsi tells Ajay she is doing it for her son and she doesn’t want to request anyone. Mihir walks away and Noina asks Mihir why he is showing the attitude. Mihir tells Noina he will not work with Tulsi and Noina tells Mihir not to be sarcastic. Mihir tells Noina she is his boss and Tulsi is not his level. Noina tells Mihir they will have to think about their business and together they will start their business. Noina tells Mihir to think professionally and Mihir tells Noina he will have to face Tulsi everyday. Noina tells Mihir she can understand his problem and she requests Mihir to agree for the business so that they can save the house and factory. Mihir tells Noina he is doing the favour for her and Mihir announces he is ready to work with them. Tulsi tells Ajay to think again because these people are not thrust worthy and Tulsi tells Mihir she can find another factory. Tulsi heated the argument and Ritik told them to forget everything. Mihir tells Ritik to convince his mother and Ritik tells Tulsi papa is ready. Tulsi tells Ritik she is doing this for him otherwise she won’t want to bear this headache and Noina tries to keep Mihir calm.
Pari comes to drop Garima at the school and she runs away in the school. Pari collides with Ajay in the school and the moment stops. Pari and Ajay made eye contact. Pari and Ajay remember their past and Pari regrets what she has done. Pari thanks Ajay for saving her and together they see their children.
Suchi asks Noina what Saloni is doing here and Mihir learns that Saloni has informed Dev about her arrival. Dev blames Parth and Saloni asks for Tulsi aunty. Gayatri tells Saloni that Tulsi has gone to the temple and it’s far away. Saloni tells everyone she is free today and she meets Tulsi ji anyhow. Noina asks Dev why he didn’t inform anyone and she is worried about what they will tell Saloni. Noina suggests Dev to take Saloni to a restaurant and Noina pays him the money. Mihir tells Noina to think nicely if they return back home after the coffee and do she have any plans.
