The episode starts with Noina coming to meet Tulsi and Tulsi tells Noina to meet her at the work place. Noina wants to talk to her now and Tulsi sends the girls to the factory. As soon as the girls leave Tulsi asks Noina to come to the point. Noina tells Tulsi she will have to be with her at Shantiniketan and Tulsi reminds she cleverly capture Shantiniketan. Tulsi tells Noina why she will come when Shantiniketan is not her’s and Noina reminds Tulsi about Saloni. Noina tells Tulsi she will have to come and Tulsi refuses to come. Noina reminds Tulsi if she says no then what will happen and Tulsi is determined she will not come. Noina tells Tulsi to keep the emotions aside because Mihir has moved on in his life and Tulsi asks Noina if she is still married. Tulsi tells Noina that she is a colleague now because of her hard work and she won’t want to come to Shantiniketan. Tulsi tells Noina she has done a lot for her and she doesn’t want to stretch herself. Noina tells Tulsi to do exercise and Tulsi tells Noina to join Yoga classes. Tulsi controls herself and calmly. Noina calls Dev and she asks him to do it according to her.
Ajay asks Pari if she is alright and Pari tells Ajay she is absolutely fine. Garu and Sunny come to their parents and Garu complains that Pari tha Tara is irritating her. Pari talks to Tara and Tara tells Pari she doesn’t like Tara. Suddenly Tara’s mom asks Tara to friendship with Garu and say sorry. Tara’s mother apologizes to Pari and she asks talking about their children. Tara’s mother is a classmate of Ajay and she asks Ajay if Pari is his wife. Ajay learns from Tara’s mother she is a divorcee and she wants Ajay to join her. Pari watches Ajay talking to Tara’s mother and they exchange their number. Ajay and Pari still have feelings for each other.
Ajay gives the Mau to Tulsi and Mihir and Mihir accidentally touches Tulsi. They both have eye contact and everyone enjoys the moment but Noina is insecure. Mihir tells Tulsi to check the Mau first and Noina is not happy with this. Noina asks Mihir to come aside and she tells Mihir to back off because Tulsi is not his level. Mihir tells Noina they are about to start the work and she is still doubting. Mihir tells Noina they will also get the chance to prove how capable they are and he doesn’t want to back off. Mihir tells Noina to relax and continue the business. Tulsi signs the paper along with Mihir and Gayatri,Sobha are happy to see them together. Mihir calls themselves a partner and he asks Tulsi to shake hands but Tulsi says Namaste. Vaishnavi tells Tulsi the factory is big and Tulsi sends Parth to show the factory. Gayatri and Sobha congratulate and thank Tulsi. Suddenly Dev brings Saloni to the office and she meets Tulsi. Noina tells Mihir she has called them at the office and Mihir is impressed with Noina’s smartness. Saloni greets Tulsi and she is eager to meet her. Saloni learns that Tulsi and Mihir are business partners as well as life partners but Noina tells Saloni that Mihir and Tulsi are only work partners. Saloni is inspired by Mihir and Tulsi and she also wants to work like them with Dev. Ritik thanks Tulsi for starting the factory and Gayatri tells Tulsi to do the Udghatan. The worker thanks Tulsi for starting the factory and they give their blessings to Tulsi. Mihir and Tulsi stand together and Gayatri tells Tulsi the factory is starting because of her. Balav bhai greets Tulsi and he expects that everything will be fine soon. Mihir tells Baldev bhai to give the scissors to Tulsi to cut the ribbon and Ritik encourages Tulsi to do the Udghatan. Suchi asks Noina what’s going on and Gayatri tells Tulsi to start the process. Tulsi breaks the coconut and Tulsi takes the aarti. Everyone folds their hands and Tulsi makes the Swastik in the wall. Noina asks Mihir why Tulsi is getting so much importance and Mihir tells Noina it’s necessary. Noina is disappointed and Suchi tells Noina to cut the ribbon. Mihir tells Noina to cut the ribbon and Noina cuts the ribbon.
