The episode starts with Kesar seeing that Shakuntala is crying. Kesar asks Shakuntala what happened. Shakuntala says to Kesar that she burnt her hands while doing cooking and comments on it. Kesar says to Shakuntala that she will do the cooking and asks Shakuntala to take rest.
Kabir asks Shakuntala what is she doing. Shakuntala asks Kabir what’s wrong with Kesar doing the house work as she is part of this family. Kabir says Kesar is a guest in this house. Shakuntala asks Kabir when will Kesar leave the house. Kabir argues with Shakuntala. Kesar says she doesn’t mind doing the cooking. Kabir decides to help Kesar in the kitchen.
Ambica talks with Suraj’s ashes saying the lawyer will send Kesar to jail. Hetal offers food to Ambica and says to Ambica that she made a list of lawyers and asks Ambica to check it out.
Aarthi praises the food. Shakuntala says Kesar made the food today. Aarthi praises Kesar. Kabir gets phone call from Narayan. Narayan asks Kabir to come home. Kabir agrees.
Kesar looks at Ambica’s photo and doesn’t eat the food as she thinks Ambica also hasn’t eaten the food.
Kabir meets Narayan. Narayan pleads Kabir to leave his stubbornness and return home.
Kabir says to Narayan that he can’t return to this house until this house accepts Kesar wholeheartedly. Kabir says to Narayan that he will come to meet him from time to time.
Kabir goes to Suraj’s room and searches for Suraj’s dna sample. Hetal thinks how could she be this careless and thinks if anyone found out then she will get caught. Kabir neglects the pendrive that is in the wardrobe. Kabir finds Suraj’s hair on the bed. Kabir puts it in a packet and tries to leave. Kabir runs into Hetal. Hetal asks Kabir what is he doing in Suraj’s room. Kabir says he came here to look for Ambica. Kabir leaves from there. Hetal comes into Suraj’s room and sees that the pen drive is not taken by Kabir and feels relieved.
Kabir comes to Ambica and says to Ambica that time plays twists in many ways as they haven’t changed but what has changed in between them is time. Kabir says to Ambica that he is also as much hurt as her with the truth coming out but he accepted the truth and came here because she is here. Kabir makes a promise to Ambica that he will try to make sure she will not miss her son. Kabir pleads Ambica to eat some food and leaves from there.
Kabir gives Suraj’s DNA sample to doctor and asks the doctor to test it. The doctor reminds Kabir that this test is not legal so this result will not have any effect in the court. Kabir agrees and thinks he is close to the truth.
