The episode starts with Ansh and Ridhi talking about which tie Suraj would like right in front of Dhruvi. Dhruvi asks Ridhi and Ansh what are they doing. Kesar says to Dhruvi that they are having trouble selecting which colour tie they have to gift Suraj. Kesar says they are preparing for Suraj’s birthday and they are planning for Suraj’s surprise birthday party and asks Dhruvi for her help. Dhruvi agrees to help Kesar.
Hetal searches for a marriage bureau phone no to get matches for Dhruvi. Hetal thinks she will not allow Dhruvi’s marriage to happen with Kabir. Shakuntala calls Hetal. Hetal says to Shakuntala that she will not allow her daughter’s marriage to happen with Kabir. Shakuntala says she also doesn’t want this marriage to happen. Shakuntala reminds Hetal that if Ambica has decided to do Kabir and Dhruvi’s marriage then she will try to change Kabir’s mind and Shakuntala will not be able to do anything after that. Hetal asks Shakuntala to take care of Kabir and she will handle Ambica. Shakuntala agrees.
Ambica prays to God and she decides to win Suraj’s trust again. Ambica prepares all of the food for Suraj’s birthday party.
Ansh asks Dhruvi to come and help them in the party. Dhruvi thanks Ansh for trying to cheer her up and says she will only be able cheer up if she forgets about Kabir but it isn’t going to happen. Ansh says to Dhruvi that Kabir loves Kesar and not her. Dhruvi says she knows about it. Ansh later leaves from there.
Hetal asks Ambica to come to Suraj’s surprise birthday party. Ambica says she will come after she gift wraps Suraj’s gift. Hetal agrees. Hetal takes Ambica’s phone and locks Ambica’s room to teach a lesson to Ambica as she tried to decide Dhruvi’s life.
The Rajgaur family give a surprise to Suraj. Suraj asks Kesar where is Ambica. Hetal asks Suraj what might be more important to Ambica than her son’s birthday. Kesar says to Suraj that Ambica really cares for him and says to Suraj how much effort Ambica has done for his birthday party. Suraj comments on Ambica.
Ambica tries to go to Suraj but she notices that her room is locked. Ambica tries to get out of the room.
Suraj sees that Ambica is not coming so he goes and cuts the cake and celebrates his birthday without Ambica.
Ambica after a while gets out of her room and comes to Suraj. Hetal says to Ambica it would have been good if she arrived before as she could have been present for Suraj’s cake sitting. Kesar asks Suraj to feed the cake to Ambica. Suraj says he is being late to his work. Ambica wishes happy birthday to Suraj and tries to explain why hasn’t she arrived. Suraj lashes out at Ambica saying she doesn’t care for him. Suraj later leaves from there. Leela says Suraj left mad on his birthday and it’s not good. Ambica tries to explain to Leela. Leela asks Ambica to leave it. Kesar later cheers up Ambica saying she will make Suraj eat the food prepared by her.
Jayathi, Jinal talk about Suraj lashing out at Ambica. Hetal comments on Ambica.
Kesar stops Suraj’s meeting and asks Suraj to eat the food. Suraj agrees.
Suraj says to Kesar how hungry he is. Kesar says she has just delivered this food but the food is prepared by Ambica. Suraj hearing this doesn’t eat the food and asks the attender to take this food and give it to beggars. Kesar tries to explain to Suraj. Suraj doesn’t listen to Kesar and asks Kesar to only bring food when she prepares it.
