The episode starts with Yash informing Randeep that Donar is in Chennai. Randeep tells him that it’s far from their place. They have to find another donor for him. Yash punches his hand on the wall in anger. Puja stops him. He tells her that money is with them but it’s not helpful to them at that time. Puja tells him that Ishani is here so she will definitely find a way. She applies ointment to his wounds. Meanwhile, Kiran prays in the temple for Shiv’s recovery. She shares her grief with her. Sashi consoles her. Yash informs Kiran that they got a donor from Chandigarh. Randeep tells him that they need 2 hours to reach here. Yash says that they have to do something to bring him here. Meena asks Bhupen to stop them.

Puja informs everyone that Ishani was the donor. She is on the way to the hospital. Meena asks Bhupen to do something to stop her or else she will save him. Ishani arrives there. Bhupen pushes the stretcher to her side. Ishani falls down and the blood leaks. Kiran asks her If she is trying to take Shiv’s life? She wants to kill him. She wasted blood. Meena creates a scene there and tells her that she intentionally did this. Puja takes a stand for Ishani, but Kiran blames Ishani. She adds that her son was in this state because of her. If he hadn’t attended the feast, then he would have escaped. Ishani leaves from there. She prays in the temple. She asks god why it is happening to her? Puja tells her that she is loving him sincerely. She motivates Ishani. Ishani shares her grief with him. Kiran gets scared when the doctor tells her about Shiv’s state. Meena asks Bhupen to stop the donor

Ishani calls the donor but he isn’t doesn’t attend his call. Yash feels disappointed to see it. Bhupen offers money to the donor and demands him to leave. He attend the money and leave from there. Later, Ishani is praying in the temple. Meena mocks at her after seeing her love for Shiv. Bhupen tells her that he is able to match his blood with Shiv. Ishani says that they are lying. Bhupen tells her that he is saying the truth but she has to sign in the form in return. Ishani thinks for a while. She signed the paper to save Shiv. Later, Meena and Bhupen create a scene there. Meena indirectly says to them that her blood is matched with Shiv. Bhupen pretends he cares for him. Meena leaves to donate blood. Kiran thanked Bhupen for his help. He thinks that Ishani wishes to throw him out of the house, but he is going to do it instead. Meanwhile, Meena returns after the blood donation. Kiran thanked her for the help. Meena tells her that Shiv is her son too. Family members thanked her for her help. Ishani prays in the temple and places Diya in her hand. She is adamant to hold it until Shiv recovers. The doctor informs everyone that Shiv is alright. Puja shares the happy news with Ishani. She was happy to hear it. Yash thanked Puja for coming. Ishani is adamant to stay beside Shiv. Meena asks Ishani. Didn’t she sign the paper? Her relationship with Shiv is not going to last. Ishani says that she forgot the name. If God knows how to unite them, then he won’t separate them. She gave a fitting reply to her.
