The episode starts with Taneja’s wife asking him how she will talk about Ishani seeing Kiran’s angry. Meena overheard their conversation. She thinks that it’s the right time to reveal the truth about Shiv and Ishani’s relationship.
Meena excuses them and says that she heard their conversation. She says that she worries about Shiv because he got a wound. But Ishani is hurting him more. Taneja asks her what Ishani did to them to hate her like that? Meena says that they are not aware of the truth. Meena says that Ishani is a-name-sake daughter-in-law of this house. Everyone hates her because she is the number one thief. Taneja asks her what she is saying? Meena says that Shiv mistakenly married Ishani in the temple. She came to this house to become his real wife. She is adamant not to leave the house. Ms. Taneja says that she didn’t get it. Meena says that they are going to be their in-laws, so they are not revealing the truth to them. Ms. Taneja tells her husband to let’s leave the house.

Ishani comes there and informs them that she heard Meena’s conversation with them. She adds that neither didn’t she betray this family nor did they betray her. She adds that she shouldn’t make any decision without hearing the whole truth. Ishaani narrates everything to them. She adds that Meena forced her to sign the divorce papers to donate her blood instead. She asks Ishani to reveal the truth to everyone because they tortured her a lot. Why is she being silent? Ishani says that she doesn’t have any evidence against them. Kiran is not ready to believe anything against his brother. He donated blood to Shiv and the same person who was trying to take Shiv’s life too. Taneja says that she is a nice person. They won’t get a daughter-in-law like her if they search for her too? She adds that they wish to have a daughter like her.

Randeep’s wife says to him that Shiv got an amazing chance to kick Ishani out of the house but he didn’t do it. Randeep says that he did the right thing for the first time. She tells him that he got hurt because of her. Randeep says that she wouldn’t have said that if she was in the hospital. She tried hard to find the donor in the hospital. Later, Shiv refuses to eat with her hand. Shiv asks her what she is trying to do. She gave divorce papers to him, then why was she pretending to care about him? He tells her that he will make sure she will cry her life long. Ishani feeds food to him forcefully. She tells him that he doesn’t want to mind her. He pushes her hand. Food falls on him. She helped him to change the dress. He asks her what she is trying to do? He says to her that he hates her so much. She tells him that she didn’t stop him from hating her.

He can’t stop her from loving him. She loves him a lot. Later, Randeep’s wife says to Kiran that the gift box is in her hand. Kiran disliked the way she gave gifts to her. She gets irritated seeing them take Ishani’s name for everything. Meena asks Bhupen to do something asap. Bhupen says that he is planning something. Later, Yash says to Puja that he didn’t play with her. He really loved her. Puja asks him to give her enough time for her to think about it because it’s new to her. He tells her that he will wait for her a long life. Rachana hears it and thinks that she won’t allow it. Later, Puja shares everything with Ishani. Puja refuses to accept his proposal. Ishani motivates her to accept his feelings, reasoning she really loves him. She asks her not to take any decisions when looking at her life with Shiv. Ishani feels happy for Puja and decides to inform Shiv. Meanwhile, Yash is waiting for Puja at his office. Rachana comes there and tells him that she heard their conversation yesterday. Puja loves him a lot. Rachna asks him to give him water and spikes the drinks. Ishani wakes Shiv. He thinks that he was dreaming. She gives medicine to him and cleans him. He says that she was treating him like a child. She says to him that she has to discuss an important matter with him.
