The episode starts with Yash giving water to Rachana. She asks him to drink the coffee. Because of her, it’s getting cold. The waiter gives juice to her. She recalls the way she spiked his drinks. Yash feels dizzy and falls on her. She takes a picture of her being close to him. She leaves from there after that. Meanwhile, Randeep wishes to skip the birthday celebration, reasoning they won’t get enough time to arrange everything for the wedding. Shiv tells him let’s manage it. Taneja asks Ishani when her birthday is? She tells her it’s June 15. Taneja says that her birthday is coming. Shashi thinks that her birthday date was something else in her horoscope. She excuses them to check her horoscope. She thinks that Ishani’s aunty gave her this horoscope. It seems someone is lying in this matter. Why should Ishani lie about her birthday date?

Puja asks why Yash is not attending her call. She was trying to contact him. She worries about him. She is shocked to see Rachana’s state. Sulochana asks her what happened? Yash returned home. Ishani asks him why didn’t he inform her about his feelings for Puja with her? He asks her if she informed her everything? She nodded to her. He tells her that she hasn’t contacted him yet. Just then, everyone gets a message. He is shocked to see the photo. Kiran says to Ishani that everyone in her family is cheap. She is trying to bring her sister to this house like the way she entered. She wouldn’t allow her to enter her house. Ishani tells her that she doesn’t know anything about it. Taneja takes a stand for her. Meena creates a scene there. Kiran says that Rachana has eyes on Yash. She demands him to delete the photo from the internet. She doesn’t want to see any problems at Tina’s wedding.

Jagdish slaps Rachana. She creates a fake story there. Sulochana demands Jagdish question them. Rachana is his real daughter, not Ishani. Puja says that he won’t do anything like that. Rachana says that she won’t lie in this matter. Puja feels broken. Sulochana takes Rachana from there to confront them. Ishani calls Puja to learn the truth. She shares her grief with Ishani. She says that she loved the wrong person. Yash tries to contact Puja but she declines his call. She feels broken. Yash says to Ishani that he really loves Puja. She asks him to stop calling her. Ishani refuses to listen to his explanation. Shiv supports Shiv. She says to him that he won’t react like this if this happens to her sister. Kiran worried about Yash’s future.

Shashi informs her that Sulochana has the wrong horoscope for them. Kiran says that she doesn’t care about it. She wouldn’t allow Sulochana’s daughter to enter. Yash tries to talk with Puja but she refuses to listen to him. Later, Shiv says to Ishani that he thought she was intelligent. But she believes this lie. He loved Puja. Why would he hurt her? Ishani says that sometimes their eyes lie to them. They loved them truly but they returned hate to them. Randeep explains the situation to Puja. Later, Sulochana creates a scene in Yash’s house. Both get into a verbal war. Kiran badmouthed Sulochana’s family. Sulochana challenges them to ruin their family. Yash says to them that he loves Puja, so he won’t do anything to Rachana. Kiran says that she doesn’t care whether he loves Rachana or Puja. Yash confronts Rachana and threatens her to call the police. Rachana admits her mistakes. Ishani lashes out at Rachana for betraying her sister. Ishani apologizes to Yash and says that she will support their love. Kiran refuses to accept Puja as her daughter-in-law.
