The episode begins on a dramatic and entertaining note with Karan’s much-awaited return to the show. Ali and Krishna bring him back onto the set, updating him about how his team had lost three stars in his absence and how the opposing team is now leading. On hearing this, Karan’s mood instantly shifts. He storms into the kitchen like a thunderbolt, scolding his team for their careless mistakes and loss of stars. With his competitive spirit fully awakened, he confidently declares that he will make a strong comeback and win both challenges of the day at any cost.

Harpaalji then announces the first challenge, where the contestants are required to prepare Desi Masala Chai along with Sooji rusk. As soon as the ingredients are revealed, Isha Singh looks at the tea leaves in confusion and sarcastically asks why they have been given grass. The audience bursts into laughter while clarifying that those are tea leaves. Debina jokingly tells Guru that it would be extremely embarrassing if they fail to make something as basic as tea. Guru immediately responds by saying that the failure would be hers, not his. Almost every contestant faces at least one struggle during the preparation, adding to the chaos and comedy. Teja openly admits that she won’t be using her brain much since she believes she doesn’t have much of it. Karan instantly quips back, saying she should apply the same philosophy in life as well, leaving everyone amused.

Guru confidently takes responsibility for making the tea and assigns Debina the task of preparing the rusk. However, things go hilariously wrong when Guru struggles to even turn on the gas stove. Debina mocks him, saying that if he cannot switch on the gas, cooking is far beyond his capacity. When Guru finally prepares the tea and tastes it, the other contestants start questioning his very identity. Debina bluntly declares that what he has made is not tea but kadha. Meanwhile, Isha repeatedly calls out to Samarth for help, but Abhishek stops him, reminding him to stay focused on their own station. Despite this, Samarth continues to help Isha indirectly due to Elvish’s absence, even moving to another station to guide her from a distance. Abhishek notices this and firmly brings Samarth back. Harpaalji then interrupts to correct everyone, explaining that making a dough out of the sooji is incorrect. He clarifies that the rusk batter should resemble cake batter and that a special utensil is provided for this purpose.

Isha continues to struggle and keeps seeking Samarth’s guidance, while Samarth continues to assist her subtly. Around this time, Elvish sends a message to his team informing them that his flight has been delayed and that he will be arriving later, apologising for his absence. Abhishek advises Jannat not to give Samarth any attention, hinting that he hasn’t moved on yet. Samarth immediately denies this. Jannat then joins Abhishek and Samarth at their station to help them, while the duo keeps flirting with her, adding to the light-hearted fun. Kashmira performs a series of clumsy actions, screams dramatically, and runs towards the audience to hide, saying she’s about to get a severe scolding. In another funny moment, Jannat asks Isha to close the cooker, but Isha mistakenly turns off the gas instead. Jannat comes charging back with a hunter, scolding and playfully hitting Isha for not knowing such basic things. Once the countdown ends, Harpaalji begins tasting the dishes.

Elvish finally returns to the set and is asked to taste the rusk prepared by Isha. After taking a bite, he immediately spits it out, shocking everyone. Harpaalji then tastes all the dishes, giving his signature humorous and honest feedback. At the end of the round, he declares Samarth and Abhishek as the winners of the first challenge.

In the second round, the contestants are assigned the task of making momos. Harpaalji announces the pantry run list, and the contestants rush to collect ingredients. Abhishek and Samarth help Ali by showing him the correct way to prepare the dough. Witnessing this teamwork, Harpaalji expresses how proud he feels seeing them support each other and even hugs Samarth and Abhishek. Initially, all the contestants struggle to understand the process of making momos, but gradually they get the hang of it and start managing the task better.

During the tasting session, Harpaalji carefully points out the drawbacks in each dish. He tells Debina and Guru that their momos are undercooked. He then tastes Elvish’s dish, calling it a decent effort but refrains from giving a final verdict immediately. Karan receives praise for the neat presentation and perfect shape of his momos. Harpaalji reminds him that his vow has come true and joyfully does balle balle. As he continues examining each dish, he gives his usual witty remarks and even spits out Ali’s momo. When he sees the odd shape and appearance of Samarth and Abhishek’s momos, everyone bursts into laughter. Finally, Harpaalji announces Karan and Teja as the winners and awards them the stars. Episode ends.
