Star Plus’ new show Lockdown Ki Love Story’ first episode starts with, the residents of Karnalganj are busy preparing to welcome the new daughter-in-law Sonam. Babuji asks Sneha, are your Bhaiya and Bhabhi pre-wedding shoot preparations all ready? Sneha says, yes all done, all the locations are also final.
Then, Maa calls Babuji in the kitchen by the making sound with mixer. The Maa was so upset that the daughter-in-law should not come her in-laws’ house before marriage. Babuji tries to convince them that times have changed now, all this is common now. But the Maa does not understand and their heartburn persists.
Then Sneha comes and says Dhruv Bhaiya needs cucumber. Due to which Maa – Babuji is a little surprised, and they go to see, Dhruv was needed cucumber for a face pack. Then all the people of the house are ready to welcome Sonam and her family. Then they get to know that there is a ruckus about something outside. Actually Sonam was fighting with the taxi driver because he was tried to harras her. By seeing this everyone was got surprised, Dhruv calms Sonam.
Sonam looks at Dhruv and going to hugs him, but Dhruv stops her. Further, Dhruv’s family members welcome Sonam’s family, and Maa Babuji thought that Sonam will touch their feet, but she does not do so. Which makes Maa even more annoyed. Later, Dhruv explains to Sonam how to behave with everyone here. Which Sonam does not like, and she got little annoyed with Dhruva.
Babuji again tries to convince Maa, but she does not agree. Sonam is ready for her pre- wedding shoot, Dhruv surprises her by dropping flowers on her. Due to which Sonam becomes happy again and her resentment goes away. Then everyone watches on TV, the PM has announced a 21-day lockdown. (Episode Ends)
