The episode opens with Krishna sitting beneath a tree, struggling with a harsh bout of coughing. On the opposite side of the same tree, Khushi is also seated, unknowingly mirroring his condition as she coughs at the same moment. Although Krishna does not see her face, he senses her discomfort and quietly places a water bottle beside her before leaving, without exchanging a word or revealing his presence.
Afterward, Krishna goes to meet Sameer, who is still upset with him because of the events of the previous night. Sameer initially refuses to speak, his anger clearly visible, but Krishna patiently tries to calm him down. Eventually, Sameer listens as Krishna sincerely apologizes for his rude behavior and loss of control. Krishna then opens up about his inner turmoil, admitting that Khushi’s recent actions have left him emotionally shattered and confused. He is particularly disturbed by Kabir’s sudden involvement in their lives, which he feels has created further distance between him and Khushi. In response, Sameer suggests that Kabir has been deliberately influencing Khushi by offering her financial help and emotional support. This revelation deeply unsettles Krishna, filling him with jealousy and resentment toward Kabir, whom he believes is manipulating Khushi against him.
At that very moment, Kabir arrives nearby to buy a water bottle. The sight of him instantly ignites Krishna’s suppressed rage. Unable to control himself, Krishna confronts Kabir and begins to physically attack him. A fierce fight breaks out between the two men, drawing the attention of people around them. With the intervention of bystanders, the scuffle is finally stopped. Before leaving, Kabir makes a bold declaration, stating that he will always stand by Khushi in every circumstance and that he will fulfill all the emotional and material needs that have been missing from her life. Hearing this only intensifies Krishna’s anger and sense of helplessness.
Kabir later meets Khushi and recounts the entire incident, including Krishna’s violent behavior and threats. Furious and deeply hurt, Khushi decides that enough is enough. Together, Kabir and Khushi resolve to approach the police and file a formal complaint against both Nandita and Krishna. Kabir also informs Khushi that Krishna has openly threatened his life, which further strengthens her determination to seek legal action.
Meanwhile, Krishna returns home and narrates his version of events to his family, claiming that Khushi and Kabir have humiliated and provoked him. Before the family can fully process his words, several police officers arrive at the house. They inform Krishna and Nandita that Khushi has filed a serious case against them, accusing them of attempted murder. Since Khushi has the backing of the influential owner of the Malhotra company, the police state that they cannot dismiss the allegations so easily. This shocking turn of events forces Krishna to realize the gravity of the situation. He understands that Khushi has crossed all boundaries in her pursuit of revenge. Overwhelmed with guilt, he apologizes to Nandita, admitting that he was blind to the truth and accepting responsibility for his mistakes.
At the police station, Baldev meets Khushi and pleads with her not to destroy his family, at least for his sake. However, Khushi remains firm and recounts how she was attacked by goons allegedly sent by Nandita. In a final attempt to defend himself, Krishna requests two hours’ time from the authorities, hoping to gather proof that will clear their names and expose the truth behind the accusations.
