The episode starts with Baldev who insist Krishna to get agreed with his proposal. Because this lie is gonna save the life of his wife Nandita. Krishna will be given one lakh rupees per month and also all the expenses of his mother will be beared by Baldev. Getting the offer, Krishna immediately gets into the character and starts to hail Baldev as Nanu means grandfather. Baldev is impressed by his acting skill.
Meanwhile, Barkha, a spy of Diljeet informs him that a handsome guy came into the office of Baldev to meet him and addressing Baldev as his grandfather. Diljeet becomes total shocked by this information. Khushi is asked to come other next day into the office of Baldev.
On the same day, Anushka, a niece of Diljeet appears in the house of Baldev to stay for few days but Diljeet pretends of scolding her who has been studying in USA and has come in India for few days. Anushka says she has come for making a documentary of people about the feelings of returning in India after few years. Nandita proudly says her grandson will also return from USA and Anushka could take an interview of her grandson. Diljeet has done many favours for Anushka from her very childhood now it’s time to repay those favour. If Krishna is the real grandson of Baldev, Diljeet could arrange a marriage between Anushka and Krishna so that he himself could get all the property through Anushka.
Queenie and Vikram also learn about the plan of Diljeet and become relaxed. Through Aradhana, Baldev learns about the plan of his son in law who has been planning to get Krishna as the husband of Anushka. Baldev has already planned to hier Khushi as an actress of his great grand daughter in law.
Khushi arrives into the office of Baldev and becomes surprised to discover the real Baldev Mehra. Khushi is offered a job for which she will be given rs 1 lakh per month. Khushi becomes extremely excited and realises she could run her life in a better way if she will get this job. Gradually, Baldev opens up about his plan that he has hired a boy who will act as his grandson. And Khushi will have to pretend as his wife. To learn about the proposal of Baldev, Khushi totally opposes and denies to do any fraud. Baldev believes that only Khushi could guide his children in right path. Baldev tries to convince Khushi telling a story of Mahabharata. Khushi is requested to help them out to win the battle.
