The episode opens with Krishna, who has recently married Khushi, firmly declaring that he will protect her at any cost. Despite his assurance, Khushi remains completely shattered by the tragic loss of her father, Rajkumar. Overwhelmed by grief, she moves closer to her father’s body, unable to accept the harsh reality. Soon, Rajkumar’s body is taken toward the cremation ground. Left behind and devastated, Khushi breaks down and runs after the funeral procession, desperate to be near her father one last time.
As the cremation rituals begin, another cruel blow awaits her. Mamta heartlessly throws Khushi’s belongings out of the house, determined to oust her permanently. Khushi pleads with her stepmother, begging her not to throw her out at such a vulnerable moment, but Mamta refuses to listen. Instead, she mocks Khushi’s marriage to Krishna and forcefully shuts the doors of the house on her forever, making it clear that Khushi no longer belongs there.
With no shelter and no support, Khushi gathers her scattered belongings and leaves her locality, unaware of where she is headed. Krishna tries to stop her and insists on taking her with him, but Khushi pushes him away. In her mind, Krishna is responsible for all her suffering—she believes he was behind the viral video and the root cause of every crisis in her life. Filled with anger and betrayal, Khushi refuses to accept Krishna’s support and decides she wants nothing to do with him anymore.
At that moment, a car suddenly stops in front of Khushi and Krishna. Baldev and Nandita step out, accompanied by Dimpy. Dimpy immediately runs toward Khushi and hugs her tightly, showering her with affection. Krishna is confused and shocked, unable to understand how his mother Dimpy has arrived with Baldev and Nandita. Soon, Nandita also embraces Krishna, leaving him even more puzzled.
Baldev then reveals a long-hidden truth—he is Dimpy’s father. To prove it, he shows Krishna a photograph from Dimpy’s childhood. The revelation stuns Krishna. Overcome with emotion, he realizes that Baldev and Nandita are his grandparents. He breaks down and embraces them, while Khushi watches in disbelief, surprised by the sudden turn of events.
Baldev expresses his desire to take Krishna and Dimpy home with him, but Krishna refuses to leave Khushi alone in her broken state. He narrates everything Khushi has endured after being forced out of the Mehra house. However, Nandita remains firm in her stance and clearly states that she does not accept Khushi as Krishna’s wife. Adding to the tension, Khushi herself rejects Krishna as her husband, saying that even in her worst nightmares she cannot imagine him in that role.
Amid all this turmoil, Dimpy clings tightly to Khushi’s hand, refusing to let her go. She believes that together they will find her lost son, Kishu. When Khushi tries to explain that Baldev and Nandita are Dimpy’s real parents, Dimpy refuses to believe her and repeatedly hugs Khushi, afraid she will abandon her.
With folded hands, Baldev finally begs Khushi to stay in the Mehra house for a few days. He expresses his wish to see Khushi accepted as Krishna’s wife, though Nandita strongly opposes it. In the end, both Baldev and Krishna make it clear that they will not go anywhere unless Khushi is with them.
