The episode opens with Khushi in a state of intense anger after uncovering Queenie’s malicious scheme. Queenie had deliberately entered Rajkumar’s house with the sole intention of humiliating his family, openly questioning Khushi’s character and dignity. Deeply hurt and outraged by this conspiracy, Khushi refuses to remain silent. In a moment of rebellion, she lashes out at Krishna and the rest of his family, making it clear that she will no longer stay in the Mehra house. Her decision is firm and uncompromising.
Krishna, shaken by her words, declares that he too cannot continue living in the Mehra house if Khushi is not there. His loyalty and emotional dependence on her become evident. However, Nandita immediately intervenes, resorting to emotional manipulation. In a desperate attempt to stop Krishna, she picks up a bottle of poison and threatens to consume it if he dares to leave the house. This dramatic act leaves everyone stunned. Observing Krishna’s inner conflict and helplessness, Khushi hardens her stance once again. She repeats that there is no relationship between her and Krishna, that she does not consider him her husband, and that she never will. According to her, they are simply not meant for each other.
Krishna, completely broken, confesses that Khushi is the only person he loves and that he cannot imagine his life without her. Yet Khushi, putting aside her own pain, urges him to listen to Nandita’s demand. She believes that if he does not comply, both families will continue to suffer endlessly. With folded hands and tear-filled eyes, Khushi begs Krishna to walk away from her. Forced by circumstances, Krishna finally leaves, but the moment he does, loneliness engulfs him. Sensing his anguish, Baldev visits Krishna’s room. Although he understands his grandson’s pain, Baldev feels helpless. He admits that he could have taken action if Khushi had acknowledged Krishna as her husband or shown any emotional attachment toward him. Since Khushi has clearly denied their relationship, Baldev finds himself powerless. Still, he advises Krishna to have faith and patience, reminding him that Khushi herself has endured countless storms. With time, he believes, the bitterness between them may eventually fade.
Meanwhile, chaos erupts in the Mehra house when Dimpy realizes that Khushi is nowhere to be found. Distraught and uncontrollable, she repeatedly calls out Khushi’s name, throwing things around in her outrage. Unable to calm her, Aradhana resorts to lying, telling Dimpy that Khushi has gone to bring Kishu and will return in three or four days. Gradually, Dimpy calms down and agrees to eat from Aradhana’s hand, clinging to the hope that Khushi will soon come back. However, Nandita sternly warns Aradhana not to even mention Khushi’s name again.
Khushi, along with Mamta and Sweety, returns to Modelpura. The neighbors gossip and criticize her for coming back from her in-laws’ house, questioning her decision to leave a man as kind as Krishna. Despite the judgment, Khushi remains focused on her future and begins planning to start her own business. Mamta stands firmly by her side, promising unwavering support.
Towards the end, Krishna arrives in Khushi’s locality, unable to stay away from her. Overwhelmed by emotions, he dramatically expresses how deeply he has missed her and, in a moment of affection, pulls Khushi toward him. The episode concludes on this emotionally charged note, leaving their relationship hanging in uncertainty.
