The episode starts with a courtroom scene Rajkumar is charged as an illegal employee. Rajkumar and three other people wear terminated from the work without any valid reason but the company owner claims they were not only incompatible because of their old age but also they were alcoholic. Rajkumar clearly mentions he never had alcohol in his life but he is imposed as a dishonest man. Opponent side also submits an photographic evidence and blood report which proves Rajkumar is not the telling the truth.
Finally Krishna is called to come on the Dias. He is still confused about his work which is not legal and reminds the word of Khushi. Krishna pretends as a bar owner and gives the false witness against Rajkumar, he claims Rajkumar used to come in their bar and used to spend lot of money in alcohol. Also Rajkumar would misbehave with other girls in the bar. Rajkumar outbursts in anger who has never touched alcohol in his entire life. He charged on Krishna and interrogates why he gave the false witness against him. Suddenly Rajkumar starts feeling very sick and falls on the ground.
At the same time Khushi arrives there and tries to pacify her father. She also comes to know that krishna has given a false witness against her father. Being outrageous she slaps him who didn’t even know between the relationship Khushi and Rajkumar. Khushi lashes out Krishna for giving the false witness against her father who didn’t do any wrong work in his whole life. Suddenly Rajkumar feels the chest pain and he is immediately admitted to the hospital.
Baldev was also in the court room since he is owner of the company. At first, he misunderstood Rajkumar but later his lawyer explained how Krishna totally manipulated the case through his acting and false witness. Baldev requests the lawyer to find out Dimpy as soon as possible otherwise Namita will be more sick. They decide to take an help from a reputed police officer.
Khushi becomes totally disheartened by the critical situation of her father. She is asked to pay one lakh rupees otherwise the treatment will not be started. She requests the nurse to start the treatment and she will definitely pay the money but it’s not the rule. Meanwhile, Krishna tries to pay the money but Khushi denies to take any help from him. He is lashed out by Khushi for being insensitive towards her father.
