The episode starts with Vaiju seeing seniors ragging juniors. She also goes and stands beside them. Seniors misunderstand that Vaiju is professor and apologizes to juniors when she asks to. Once Vaiju informs that she is also a new student. Those students humiliate Vaiju by gifting her broomstick and asks her to clean. Vaiju instead starts hitting them which gets seen by the principal. Once Vaiju returns home, Jaya fiercely scolds Vaiju. She says it’s good that Vaiju did not join her college as she would have got insulted because of her.
Jaya says Vaiju her attire is inappropriate for college and she needs to understand it. Vasundhara tries to calm Jaya. The latter suddenly notices vermillion in Vaiju’s forehead and goes to her. Jaya questions Vaiju how vermillion came in her hairline again and asks if she bought it. Vaiju struggles to answer it. Jaya starts finding Vaiju’s bag for vermillion and finds a box in it. Everyone gets surprised seeing the same. Jaya confronts Vaiju for buying vermillion and if she lied using Nandi Maharaj as an excuse . Jaya throws away the vermillion box and tells Vaiju that till she is in their house , she should not see even a pinch of vermillion in Vaiju’s forehead.
Vaiju goes to pick by the vermillion box when Rannvijay enters. He says that if he did not come at right time he would not have seen this face of Jaya. Jaya says that it’s wrong to use vermillion without marriage and she will not allow Vaiju to do it. Rannvijay defends Vaiju and says its her right to use it. Jaya asks Rannvijay if he is so concerned about Vaiju’s choices that he is insulting his own wife.
Vaiju cries silently and leaves. Rannvijay thinks of how Jaya removed vermillion from Vaiju’s hairline and even threw away the vermillion box. He wants to reveal the truth to Jaya but Vaiju denies him to intervene between the sisters. Jaya comes to room and tells Rannvijay that he must be hungry so he can eat. Rannvijay being annoyed scolds Jaya. Jaya says that she can understand reason behind his behavior. Rannvijay reminds Jaya that Vaiju is her sister. Jaya tells him that he should not get affected by it. Rannvijay and Jaya get into argument. Jaya tells that Vaiju is not a part of their family and she is only her sister.
Rannvijay says out loud that for him Vaiju is a part of his family and holds same place as Jaya. He then adds rest of the family members too. Jaya keeps pointing that Vaiju bought that vermillion even after she removed it from her hairline. Rannvijay says that he brought it as he wanted Vaiju to put it. He is about to tell about Vaiju being married too but stops himself.
