The episode starts with Vaiju confessing her love for Rannvijay and how her life is worthless without his presence. Rannvijay smiles hearing it. He says that he is hearing less and asks Vaiju to repeat her words. Vaiju again tells that she loved Rannvijay and hugs him. Both of them smile together. Vaiju says that she loves him lot and will do same till she dies. They share hug as Jaanam Dekh lo plays in the background. Jaikant questions doctor how he knows that Rannvijay was given poison through skin.
Doctor tells that they have found he was given this through ink so they have informed police too. Jaikant thinks before police reaches him he should clear the evidence. Vaiju smiles happily thinking of her confession to Rannvijay. Badmash dil plays as she happily dances around. Vaiju hugs Jaya and the latter says that finally seeing her happy after so many days feels good. Vaiju tells Jaya that she always loved Rannvijay but also was scared to confess it but knowing that he was in danger she could not stop herself. Jaya says that she will never have to choose between her and Rannvijay and they both will always be there in her life.
Jaya questions Vaiju if she can meet Rannvijay. She tells Rannvijay that Vaiju is really his protector . Rannvijay says he finally feels alive again. Nurse comes and gives Rannvijay dress to change but he says he will do at home however Jaya asks him to do it so he takes it. While Rannvijay goes to change, Jaya leaves from there and Vaiju enters the room. Rannvijay struggles to change so he calls Vaiju for help, Jaya misunderstands that he is calling her and feels heartbroken seeing Rannvijay being helped by Vaiju.
Vaiju helps Rannvijay to change and both of them look at each other intensely. Rannvijay caresses her face and Vaiju smiles shyly. Jaya walks disheartened outside the hospital thinking of her happy moments spent with Rannvijay. She tries to hide her tears but Kunal sees her. He offers to take her home. Ragini comes there and teases Vaiju. She says Vaiju to always stay with Rannvijay and take care of him. Rannvijay says that he will also take care of Vaiju. Ragini takes Vaiju outside and tells her there is a problem.
Jaikant reaches home and finds the pen he had used to poison Rannvijay. He picks it up and says he will trap Vaiju using it but gets shocked seeing whole family behind him. Vaiju angrily slaps Jaikant. Jaikant tries to put blame on Vaiju but Nagraj cross questions him. Nagraj asks him how he found gloves and realized that pen is same which was used to harm Rannvijay. Vasundhara sees the pen, and realises it’s same pen she was given to sign. Police arrests Jaikant for attacking Vasundhara and poisoning Rannvijay.
