The episode starts with Rannvijay trying to keep Vaiju awake and requests her not to fall unconscious. Vaiju says that she is feeling bored of his scoldings. Rannvijay tells her to think about Jaya , Aaji and Kaveri. He tries to encourage her by saying she has to do a lot and take her fields back. Vaiju teases him back and Rannvijay tells her to taunt him later but not to close her eyes. Rannvijay tries to stop vehicle to take Vaiju hospital but no one stops. Vaiju falls unconscious and Rannvijay cries hugging her close.
Ambulance reaches there finally. Vasundhara compliments Jaya for decorating the room so well. Jaya says she is feeling anxious and wonders if Rannvijay will come back today. Vasundhara says not to get worried because Rannvijay isn’t picking up calls as he must be on his way back. In Ambulance, doctor starts treating Vaiju. Jaya gets excited seeing Rannvijay’s call and tells Vasundhara about it. She is left shocked as Rannvijay tells her about Vaiju getting shot by bullet.Vasundhara gets shocked too and informs same to Nagraj.
Nagraj questions Rannvijay to which hospital has Vaiju been admitted. The latter says they are still on way to hospital and will take some time. Rannvijay notices Vaiju having respiratory distress and asks doctor about it. Doctor informs that she has gone in shock. Rannvijay says Vaiju that he knows she can hear him and tells that she cannot leave him. Vaiju keeps lying unconscious and doctor gives her cardioversion along with oxygenation. Rannvijay asks doctor if Vaiju will recovery. Doctor says that although they are trying their best but it would be better to call her relatives. Rannvijay and Vaiju finally reach the hospital. Vaiju tells Rannvijay that she has something important to tell.
Vaiju tells Rannvijay to remove the signs of marriage as family members must be on the way. Rannvijay keeps saying that it can be done later but Vaiju says she cannot hurt his family members and Jaya. So Rana finally agrees and removes her bangles, mangalsutra and vermillion. Vaiju says that vermillion doesn’t get removed easily so says him to try harder. Rannvijay’s tear drops falls on her hairline and finally vermillion gets removed. He feels emotional as Vaiju is taken inside operation theatre while he waits outside.
Rannvijay inquires doctor about Vaiju’s state. The latter informs that there has been lot of blood loss and it was better if she was brought quicker to hospital. Rannvijay blames himself for everything. Jaya keeps telling Vasundhara that she needs to reach Vaiju but they get stuck in traffic because of Janmashtami celebrations. Jaya calls Rannvijay to inquire about Vaiju. Inspector informs Rannvijay that bullet was shot for him by Jaktab but Vaiju took it on herself. He recalls how he has always hated on Vaiju. Nurse informs Rannvijay that they need AB negative blood. Rannvijay says he can donate it as he has universal donor blood group. The episode ends with Rannvijay getting ready for blood transfusion.
