The episode starts with Rannvijay and Vaiju being welcomed in hospital for inauguration of new ward. Jaya and Kunal are at same hospital. Rannvijay suddenly notices Kunal and leaves the ribbon cutting to go and find what has happened. Rannvijay asks Kunal about what he is doing there. Kunal tells him that he is responsible for Jaya’s condition and bursts his anger on him. Kunal says that he will make sure to keep Jaya away from him as he is one who has made Jaya suffer.
Rannvijay and Kunal get into fierce argument but nurse comes and stops them. Rannvijay tells Vaiju that Jaya is admitted in the same hospital. He says that Kunal is not letting him meet Jaya. Vaiju calms him and takes him along. Doctor informs Kunal that Jaya is fine but has fever and due to hypertension she fainted. Vaiju asks doctor if she can meet Jaya as she is her elder sister. Kunal tries to stop Rannvijay but Vaiju takes him along to meet Jaya. Vaiju thinks that Jaya is still in his heart and she has to accept this reality.
Kunal brings Jaya home and tells her that he has welcome gift for her. He gives her a box and asks her to see it. Kunal gifts her a helmet and jokes with her. Kaveri brings food for Jaya and asks her to eat. Kunal says he will feed her. Jaya thanks Kunal for taking care of her again. He says her not to take stress about his feelings instead just stay happy. Jaya thinks how selflessly Kunal is looking after her but then there is Rannvijay who did not call or come to meet. But just then Vaiju and Rannvijay comes there. Kaveri tells Vaiju that Kunal has been taking care of Jaya since she came from hospital.
Kunal is feeding Jaya when Rannvijay and Vaiju come there. Jaya smiles seeing them. She thinks Rannvijay has come to meet her but with Vaiju as this is mere social formality for him. Kunal makes some excuse and leaves from there. Vaiju hugs Jaya and checks on her. She thinks both Jaya and Rannvijay want to talk to each other but if she is there they will not. So she makes excuse of making kadha and leaves from there. Rannvijay finally speaks to Jaya.
Vaiju thinks of Jaya and Rannvijay’s feelings towards each other. She thinks she is aware that now Rannvijay wants to stay by Jaya’s side. Rannvijay tells Jaya that he has seen Kunal actually cares for her. Jaya also praises Kunal and says how he has been supporting and taking care of her. She says that Kunal wants to marry her and has proposed her. He asks Jaya if she has thought about the proposal and asks her to invite him for the marriage. Rannvijay says that Kunal is jealous of him but Jaya defends Kunal.
The episode ends with Vaiju listening to their conversation. Rannvijay and Vaiju leave for home.
