The episode starts with Rannvijay telling Vaijju that he has tried to go far away from her and their relationship, but everything is becoming more complicated, so now he is putting hope on her Nandi Maharaj Vaijju stares at Rannvijay, who looks sad. Later, Vasundhara and the entire family come to meet Vaijju. She inquires with Vaijju about her well-being. Vaijju assures Vasundhara that she is fine. Jaya and Rannvijay share a hug, which Vaijju notices it. Vaijju tells the family that Rannvijay has saved her. Sulekha comments on it. So Vasundhara points out Jaikant’s irresponsible behaviour because of which Vaijju has landed in trouble. Jaikant defends his act, so Rannvijay scolds him. Sulekha argues with Rannvijay. Nagaraj supports Rannvijay. Jaya calms down everyone, saying Vaijju is safe now. She then thanks Vaijju for saving Rannvijay.
Jaya notices Rannvijay’s injury, so she insists on going with her to the house to take some rest, but Rannvijay assures her that he is fine. The entire family insists Rannvijay go with them to home. Vasundhara assures Rannvijay that she will take care of Vaijju. Jaya takes Rannvijay with him. Later, Jaya scolds Rannvijay for risking his life. She also expresses her fear of losing both Rannvijay and Vaijju. Rannvijay calms her down. He then thinks in his heart that he shouldn’t let Jaya learn the truth about his and Vaijju’s relationship at any cost.
The next day, Jaya and other family members go to meet Vaijju at the hospital. They get worried about not finding Vaijju in her room, so they inquire with the nurse. The nurse tells them that Vaijju is troubling them all by becoming a doctor for them, which confuses Jaya and the family members. They all follow the nurse to meet Vaijju.
Vaijju is seen making herbal medicines. She praises medicine, comparing it with English medicines. The doctor requested her to return to her room, but Vaijju firmly refused. Rannvijay’s entire family arrives there. They lovingly scold Vaijju for not taking proper rest. Vaijju complains about it. She then gives into take their request to take rest. Meanwhile, Rannvijay gets appreciated by his colleagues for solving their problems. He recalls Vaijju helping him solve the problem. He decides to find a way to keep Vaijju with him forever.
In the hospital, Jaya and her mother have a conversation about Vaijju. Jaya then goes to check Vaijju’s hospital bill after the hospital staff requests her to sign in it. Meanwhile, Rannvijay meets Vaijju at the hospital. He scolds her for not taking proper rest. He further takes care of her despite Vaijju’s refusal. Jaya’s mother sees everything from outside.
Here, Jaya gets shocked seeing Rannvijay’s signature as Vaijju’s husband in Vaijju’s file. She leaves with her mother. Sulekha also finds out about it, and she looks happy. Rannvijay and Vaijju have food together. Vaijju gets surprised by Rannvijay’s behaviour. Jaya and her mother arrive there. Jaya questions Rannvijay about his visit. Rannvijay gives her an excuse. Vaijju assures her mother that she is fine. She also looks away from Rannvijay.
