The episode starts with Vasundhara asking Vaiju rudely if she is happy about seeing them here in hospital or she is happy about Rannvijay’s state. She says that no one wants to see her here. Vasundhara tells that if mother was alive she would have felt ashamed seeing her. Vaiju says her that she has no right to tell her anything as she left her godh empty on her godh bharai. Vasundhara asks if she is taking revenge from Rannvijay for the same. She questions Vaiju why has she come there.
Vaiju tells Vasundhara to listen clearly that she has come there only for Vayu. Rannvijay comes there and starts humiliating Vaiju too. But then Jaya comes and says that she has called Vaiju. She tells that she had requested Vaiju to come here. Rannvijay says that he has already talked to doctor from US then why has she called Vaiju. Jaya says that Vaiju always makes everything right as she always does. She says how Dr Sinha has said that Vayu’s issue is his mental stress and not physical state. Jaya tells Rannvijay that he needs to understand this.
Jaya tells that she has done all this for being Vayu’s mother. Flashback shows Jaya pleading Vaiju that unless she comes Vayu’s treatment will not start. She said how Vayu can get healed only in her presence. Jaya begs that they have lost Vayu once because of her but now she can save her Vayu. Jaya tells that Vaiju is here and can help Vayu so she will. She tells Vaiju that she is grateful to her. Flashback shows how Sunita asked Vaiju why she changed her decision not to go to Bhoomipur. Vaiju says that she has lost Vayu once but cannot lose him this time.
Vaiju says that Rannvijay has saved Vani by taking bullet on himself. Jaya confronts Rannvijay that he had gone to Shiv Ganv with hope and so did he. She says how Vayu misses his fighter aunty. Jaya tells that because of their past, they cannot spoil Vayu’s present. Rao Saheb tells Rannvijay to let Vaiju meet Vayu. Rannvijay asks Vaiju if she is here for money and tells her what amount should he pay for her time and efforts to come here and gives her a signed blank cheque. He asks Vaiju to go away from his and Vayu’s life.
Vaiju tears off the cheque infront of Rannvijay and throws it on his face. She tells that she only has come here for a mother as she herself is a mother and can feel her pain. Vayu hears Vaiju’s voice and gets up. Vaiju tells if Vayu will meet her or not will be Rannvijay’s decision. Vayu gets up from his bed and comes outside. Vaiju leaves by then because Rannvijay denies letting her meet Vayu. Vayu tells that he heard Vaiju’s voice and faints again as Rannvijay he doesn’t see her. The episode ends with Jaya asking Vasundhara if she still feels that Vayu doesn’t need Vaiju.
