The episode starts with Vidya questioning Mahadev’s demands to their sons. Mahadev tells her that his sons oblige his conditions. Vidya tells him that she felt it was more like an order than a condition to him. Meanwhile, Dheeraj expresses his pain to Ketan about Mahadev’s punishment. He also mocks Ketan for failing to tell Mahadev about his love. He then asks Ketan to answer Narmada’s call. Ketan refuses to confide in Mahadev. He questions Dheeraj for stalking Rajji, but Dheeraj expresses his lack of interest in Rajji. Ketan decides to forget Narmada by consuming alcohol. Dheeraj severely criticizes him. He then firmly tells Ketan that he doesn’t consume alcohol because Mahadev doesn’t like it. But Ketan forcibly takes him along.
Here, Vidya asks Mahadev whether their kids have the right to choose their life partners. Mahadev defends himself, saying that his sons will tell him if they fall in love with someone. He also says that he has full faith in his sons, except Dheeraj. Vidya gets upset. On the other side, a drunken Ashish is seen walking on the road. Both Ketan and Dheeraj are shocked to see his condition. Dheeraj asks Ashish not to say that he is in love with someone else. But Ashish confesses that he is in love with Madhu. Both Dheeraj and Ketan are shocked.
Late at night, Satya helps Mahadev’s sons enter the house without Mahadev’s knowledge by taking him into the room and questioning his decision to make his sons promise that they will marry his choice of girls, even though he and Vidya loved each other and were living a happy life with their children. Mahadev tells Satya that Vidya would have been happy even if she had married someone else. He then says that in this world, loving someone and marrying their loved one by going against their family is the biggest mistake one can make. Vidya gets shocked. She asks him how long he is planning to keep his sons under his wings to protect them. Mahadev says that he will protect his sons until his last breath.
Here, Dheeraj tells Ashish and Ketan that if he were in their position, he would have told Mahadev about his love instead of making a promise. Satya arrives there and is shocked to learn that Ashish and Ketan are in love. The next day, Kalyan forces Rajji to go with him to watch a movie, but Rajji refuses and pleads with him to maintain a distance for a few days. Just then, Dheeraj arrives and stares at Kalyan and Rajji, then leaves. Rajji goes after him and apologizes. She also asks him why he didn’t reveal anything about her love life to anyone. Dheeraj tells her that he did everything for his father. He also compares their families and asks Rajji to consider whatever he has done for her as a favor. Rajji gets furious, so she asks Dheeraj to expose her truth to everyone, stating that she isn’t afraid of anyone. Dheeraj gives her a final warning and leaves.
Both Ashish and Ketan meet their girlfriends. Madhu and Narmada ask them when they are planning to tell Mahadev about their love. Ketan hesitates, so Narmada gets upset and leaves, while Ashish tells Madhu about the promise he has made to Mahadev. Meanwhile, both Rajji and Dheeraj get into an argument after reaching their respective houses. Rajji goes inside, hearing Bhanu’s call. Bhanu asks Rajji if the latter felt bad about her behavior the previous day. Rajji says no. Bhanu tells her that she feels good when Rajji calls her “Maa.” She also asks Rajji to do anything she wants but not to betray her. Rajji obliges.
Precap: Priya tells Bhanu about her brother’s promise to her father. Dheeraj tells Mahadev that both Ashish and Ketan want to tell him something. Ashish and Ketan get nervous.
Our take: Rajji apologizes to Dheeraj, but she doesn’t understand the damage she has done to him with her lies. Dheeraj’s advice to his siblings about the importance of love shows what a good person he is.
