The episode starts with Bhanu asking Mahadev about his emotions while Ketan holds Narmada’s hand. Bhanu continues to mock Mahadev about his pain. She then says that she felt the same pain 25 years ago. She claims God made her a testimony of his past actions. She says that she cried for 25 years and for the next 25 years he will cry. Yash and Rajji look happy. Bhanu severely criticizes Mahadev’s sons. Dheeraj pleads with Mahadev not to listen to Bhanu’s words and to return home where he will explain everything. Bhanu says that from now on she will live happily while Mahadev will suffer. She talks about Mahadev’s marriage with Vidya, which she claims was a betrayal, and now Mahadev is paying for his deeds. She demands Mahadev look into her eyes as she wants to see the same pain as hers in his eyes. Mahadev remains silent. Bhanu expresses her joy. Mahadev leaves from there, followed by Vidya.
After coming out of the temple, Mahadev cries, which Vidya sees and finds painful. Afterward, Dheeraj, Ketan, and Narmada are shocked to see Mahadev’s car leaving the place without him. Then Dheeraj advises Ketan to stand up for himself in front of their father on their way home. But Ketan regrets breaking the trust of Mahadev, who had given him everything. Dheeraj gets frustrated, so he stops the car and takes Ketan out of it. He starts advising Ketan to think about Narmada, who cannot return to her home, but he can. Also, it’s not only their mistake; it’s Mahadev’s mistake too, as he has forced them to take such steps because of his rules and conditions. He further tells Ketan that they can face the wrath of Mahadev, but before that, Ketan has to be happy with Narmada. They both then share a hug.
Here, Mahadev locks himself in a room and breaks down, recalling Bhanu’s words. Vidya arrives there with her entire family. She pleads with Mahadev to open the door and says that they should listen to Ketan and Dheeraj’s side of the story to understand why they went against them. Kammu arrives there and puts on an act in front of them all, pretending she isn’t aware of Ketan’s love life. They all then hear Bhanu making an announcement. Vidya gets upset.
Outside, Bhanu mockingly welcomes the newlyweds Ketan and Narmada when they arrive home with Dheeraj. Mahadev comes out of the house with his family. Bhanu continues to insult Mahadev and his family, but Mahadev remains silent. Radha rebukes Bhanu for her continuous insults towards Mahadev and his family. She then performs aarti for Ketan and Narmada, who both take her blessings. Narmada gets emotional, and Radha comforts her with a reassuring gesture. Bhanu then warns that those with young girls in their house should be wary of Mahadev’s other two sons, claiming they will trap them in love to secure their own futures, a tactic supposedly taught by Mahadev. Dheeraj warns Bhanu, but Vidya orders him to remain silent, threatening to bar him from entering the house otherwise. She tells Bhanu that while she may think she is humiliating Mahadev’s family, she is only humiliating herself. She then asks Mahadev to go inside. Bhanu stops Vidya and Mahadev again, then shocks everyone by telling Mahadev to commit suicide.
Precap: Mahadev throws Dheeraj out of the house. Seeing this, Bhanu tells Rajji that Mahadev’s other two sons will soon be separated from him too. Rajji looks sad.
Our take: Mahadev’s emotional struggle as he balances painful truths and Bhanu’s anger and hatred for Mahadev adds intensity to today’s episode. Bhanu publicly humiliating Mahadev may trigger Mahadev to make a decision that will affect Dheeraj.
