The episode starts with Kalpana and Akshay deciding to make laddoo and distributing it to the people on the occasion of Ram Navami and asking Mohini to do it. Mohini makes up a reason and says no to it. Aparajita shares the good news with everyone that a new medicine came into the market with which Dadi will be cured and says Dadi will be able to talk again. Mohini asks Aparajita how is it possible. Aparajita asks Disha to show the article to Mohini about the medicine. Disha shows the article to Mohini. Mohini thinks she has to kill Dadi as quickly as possible.

Mohini thinks if Dadi told the truth to Akshay then her game will be over. Mohini decides to kill Dadi tonight. Aparajita thinks Asha is in Dadi’s room but just to be on the safe side she decides to keep Mohini busy so that Mohini will not have time to go to Dadi’s room.

Mohini and Aparajita bring Laddoo powder and all the ladies are shown to be doing laddoo. Mohini thinks no matter what Aparajita does she will kill Dadi today. Aparajita, Chavi, Kalpana, Disha, and Mohini are shown to be doing laddoos. Mohini says she is tired of doing Laddoos and says she will go and take a rest. Kalpana agrees. Asha comes and decides to join them in doing laddoos. Aparajita tries to send Asha to send Dadi’s room but Asha doesn’t listen to her. Aparajita worries that Mohini might do something to Dadi and goes to Dadi’s room. Aparajita sees that Akshay is in Dadi’s room. Aparajita asks Akshay to stay here until Asha comes to take care of Dadi. Akshay asks Aparajita why is she looking tensed and asks if there is something that he needs to know. Aparajita says she wants to tell him Mohini’s truth. Mohini comes out with the medicine bottle in her hand. Mohini runs into Aparajita and Akshay. Mohini makes up a reason and leaves from there.

Disha tries to do the laddoos but she couldn’t do it roundly and gives up. Chavi says Kalpana made the best laddoos out of all of them. Aparajita says there is someone who prepares laddoos better than Kalpana. Kalpana calls Akshay and asks him to join them doing Laddoos. Akshay agrees. Chavi asks Akshay where did he learn how to make Laddoos? Akshay says he learnt it from his mother. Chavi says they never saw Dadi doing Laddoos. Aparajita comments on it. Akshay does the laddoos roundly without looking at them and shows them to Chavi and Disha.

Chavi asks Akshay how can he do it. Akshay says it is genetic talent from her mother. Akshay says Dadi will teach them after she gets cured. Nia feels tired and goes to take a rest. Mohini asks Nia to show Shubh a video that she made for Kalpana. Nia and Kalpana go to look at the video. Mohini thinks Nia and Kalpana will be busy with looking at the video. Mohini decides to make all the family members unconscious by making them eat the laddoos. Mohini brings Laddoos and serves Laddoos to everyone. Akshay and Aparajita eat the laddoo along with Chavi and Disha. Mohini comes out after a while and sees that all of them are unconscious. Mohini goes into Dadi’s room with the injection.

Mohini taunts Dadi and says she came here to kill her. Mohini mocks Dadi and when she is about inject the medicine. Aparajita stops Mohini. Mohini gets shocked seeing Aparajita. Aparajita says she is not alone and shows Akshay.
