The episode starts with Chavi saying to Dadi that they are leaving the house and says she will visit them from time to time. Aparajita says to Akshay that she already made her decision and she can’t change it. Akshay says he made a mistake leaving her 15 years back and says it will be her mistake if she leaves right now. Chavi sees Dadi’s pulse rising and calls Aparajita and Akshay. Akshay and Aparajita come to Dadi’s room and see that her blood pressure is increasing. Akshay calls the doctor and asks the doctor to come quickly saying Dadi’s BP has increased a lot. Aparajita tries to control Dadi’s BP by putting her hand in water and asks Akshay to hold Dadi’s hand in the water. Akshay agrees. Aparajita holds Dadi’s legs to control her BP and says to Akshay about it. Akshay sees that Dadi’s BP is coming under control. Kalpana also helps Dadi.

Disha and Arjun search for Nia near the flowers shop but they don’t find her and talk about what is Aparajita’s decision going to be.

The doctor reminds Akshay and Aparajita that he asked to be careful with Dadi’s help. Aparajita says they are careful. Doctor says Dadi went into shock because something happened infront of her and her BP shot up. Akshay asks Chavi if she told Dadi about them leaving the house. Akshay says it might be the reason and blames Aparajita for Dadi’s condition. The doctor says to Akshay that he needs to be grateful as only because of Aparajita’s first aid that he can do something if not he also can’t tell how worse Dadi’s condition might be. Akshay says he is grateful but he also knows that Aparajita is the reason for Dadi’s condition saying if Aparajita didn’t take this decision then Dadi’s condition wouldn’t have gotten worse. Akshay says to Aparajita that she should stop for Dadi. Doctor says she knows Aparajita really well and says Aparajita will not leave Dadi in this state. Doctor prescribed medicine for Dadi and gives it to Akshay.

Arjun sees that Disha is having trouble with the sunlight while driving the van so he puts his hand as a shade from the sunlight.

Akshay sees Dadi trying to say something and says to Kalpana and Aparajita about it. Aparajita comes to Dadi and asks her what is she trying to tell? Aparajita puts her ear near Dadi but she couldn’t understand what is Dadi trying to say. Chavi tries to hear what is Dadi saying and says Dadi is telling Aparajita not to leave the house. Aparajita tries to hear Dadi again but she couldn’t. Akshay sees Chavi’s sign and understands her. Akshay acts if he heard what is Dadi trying to say and says Dadi is asking Aparajita not to leave the house. Akshay makes a comment as Aparajita already decided to leave the house. Akshay and Others leave from there to give some alone time to Aparajita and Dadi.

Disha asks Arjun if Arjun understands Nia that much why didn’t he date Nia. Arjun makes a comment and says every friendship is not a love story. Arjun looks at Disha and feels mesmerised by her.

Kalpana says to Akshay that he made the right decision by asking Aparajita to stay here. Akshay says every problem comes one after another and says Nia is angry with Aparajita staying here. Kalpana asks Akshay not to worry about Nia saying Nia is just a child.

Chavi and Asha talk about leaving their house again. Akshay comes and asks Asha and Chavi if they really want to leave this house. They hug Akshay and says they want to stay with both Aparajita and Akshay. Chavi asks Akshay to do something so that they can stay here. Akshay agrees.

Nia is shown to be eating pastries. Arjun come and says he knew she will be here. Nia hugs Arjun and asks him to never leave her. Nia gets angry seeing Disha.
