The episode starts with Janvi encouraging Ujwala that her wish will one day come true and asks Ujwala to stay strong.
Janvi stops the hotel staff from throwing out the left off food. Ujwala asks Janvi what does she do with this left off food. Janvi says to Ujwala that she takes this food and gives it to an orphanage in Gwalior. Janvi asks Ujwala to come with her to the orphanage and says she will also feel happy seeing the children there eat food. Ujwala agrees.
Kian asks Shobha his Dadi why are all the people here rubbing their nose and holding their ears at Goddess Bhagwati’s feet. Shobha says they are making up for their sins and asking Bhagwati to forgive them. Aryaman asks Kian to talk to him. Kian asks Premchand to tell Aryaman that he will only talk to him if he rubs his nose and holds his ears at Goddess Bhagwati’s feet. Aryaman after hearing Kian’s request from Premchand agrees to do it. Aryaman rubs his nose to the ground and holds his ears at Bhagwati’s feet. Premchand gets surprised seeing Aryaman doing all of this for Kian. The Pandit says to Aryaman to take this Sindhur as it is a blessing from Goddess Bhagwati. The Pandit applies Sindhur to Aryaman.
Aryaman comes to Janvi when she is about to leave to the orphanage. Aryaman says to Janvi that he has come here to apply Sindhur to her as this is blessing of Goddess Bhagwati. Aryaman applies Sindhur to Janvi by putting his head to her head. Aryaman later leaves from there.
Janvi and Ujwala go to the orphanage. Ujwala sees the orphanage children eating food and feels happy. Ujwala thanks Janvi for bringing her here.
Ujwala and Janvi hear a baby crying. Ujwala and Janvi go to check it out. Janvi asks the orphanage staff when did this baby come here. The orphanage staff says he doesn’t know and says a helpless mother might have left the baby here. The orphanage staff says he will go and register the baby here. Janvi recalls about how she nearly left Kian at this orphanage door step when he was born. Ujwala takes the baby into her hands and the baby stops crying. Ujwala seeing it thinks it is a sign from Goddess and decides to adopt the baby. Ujwala says to Janvi about it. Janvi says it is a great idea.
Raina says to Brij Bhushan that it should be her decision if she will keep the baby or not but Ujwala is making her feel like she is committing a sin. Brij Bhushan asks Raina not to worry and says he will talk to Ujwala.
Ujwala brings the baby home and says she adopted this baby. Brij Bhushan says to Ujwala that he will not allow her to adopt this baby and comments on her. Ujwala tries to talk to Brij Bhushan but he doesn’t agree. Janvi says to Brij Bhushan that what they are doing is a great thing and their relationship is made by Goddess Bhagwati. Janvi takes the baby from Ujwala’s hand and the baby starts crying but once he goes into Ujwala’s hand the baby stops crying. Janvi shows this and says to Brij Bhushan that this bond is made by Godess Bhagwati. Raina asks Janvi to stop her lecture and comments on her.
