The episode starts with Yash asking Maitree if she is ready. He tells Maitree that Swayam is waiting. Maitree says she is coming. Sona tells Harsh that everything is ready and asks him to come. Harsh says he is coming. Maitree sees Harsh behind her. She turns. Harsh asks if they can’t get back together. On the other side, Harsh feels like Maitree is stopping him from getting to Nandini. Maitree asks Harsh to call her near him. Maitree tries to touch Harsh but he disappears. Harsh sees Maitree and she disappears. Harsh and Maitree cry over their situation.
Swayam calls Maitree to come out. Maitree says she is coming. Sona tells Harsh that everyone is waiting for him. Harsh and Maitree recall their moments with each other. Nandini and Harsh pray to god. Pandit starts the wedding rituals. Harsh and Nandini exchanges the Garlands. Swyam shows rings to Maitree and Yash. He asks them to get engaged. Yash puts a ring on Maitree’s finger. Swayam signs Maitree to do it. Maitree puts a ring on Yash’s finger. Nandini and Harsh exchange the garlands. Kusum ties Gathbandan. Nandini and Harsh take Saath pheras. Harsh puts Mangalsutra on Nandini’s neck and applies sindoor on Nandini’s mang. The weather changes badly. Sona prays to god to give them the strength to overcome their troubles.
Yash tells Maitree that Swayam is sleeping and says he will leave. Maitree thanks him for doing everything for Swayam’s happiness. Yash tells her they can become friends from partners. They agree. Yash leaves.
In the room, Nandini asks Harsh if he married her to take revenge on Maitree. Harsh says I already told you that I’m marrying you for kids and that’s the truth and he promises her that he will fulfill the responsibility of a husband too.
Maitree receives a call from a private number. Maitree attends the call. Saransh congratulates Maitree on her 3rd engagement and tells Maitre that he has a gift for her and says he knows the perfect donor for her kid. Maitree asks him to shut up. Saransh says he knows everything about her and asks her to meet him the next day at 10 am to meet the donor.
Nandini asks Harsh to promise her that he will never leave to support her in any kind of situation. Harsh is about to promise her but he gets diverted with a phone call. Harsh picks up the call. Saransh congratulates Harsh on his second marriage and tells him that his son is alive. Harsh asks him to not lie and says he will kill him if he comes in front of him. Saransh says he didn’t murder his son and asks him to meet him the next day to know about his son. Harsh tells Nandini that his son is alive. Maitree calls Yash and tells him they got the donor.
