The episode starts with the Doctor saying to Maitree and family members that Harsh stitches break open by themselves and if it continues it’s tough to save Harsh. Maitree asks him to not say that. Maitree and Nandini see through the mirror how Harsh’s stitches break open. Jhumki calls someone for help. Jhumki calls someone for help. The red snake comes there. Jhumki tells the snake that Maitree is becoming a hurdle in her path of getting Harsh.
Maitree begs Lord Shiv Ji to save her Harsh life. Nandini tells Maitree that Harsh’s bleeding is not stopping. She says it’s good if they meet Baba to find the solution to Harsh’s problem. The red snake changes to her human form. Jhumki feels happy seeing her mother. Jhumki’s mother asks why she took so long to come to her. Jhumki hugs her. Jhumki’s mother starts the ritual and tells Jhumki that Harsh will be hers. Maitree goes to meet Baba. She sees Baba’s condition is not good. Baba says Rampur, Nagmani. The remaining disciples of Nageshwar ask Maitree to not disturb Baba. Maitree decides to find out about Naagmani from Jhumki. Jhumki’s mother tells Jhumki that they need Harsh support to achieve their aim. She sends a scorpion to kill Maitree.
Harsh’s condition confuses Doctors. Nandini sends Om home to take care of the kids. Maitree searches for Jhumki. She sees so many snakes in one place under the moonlight. She sees Jhumki and her mother. Maitree gets shocked to see one more Ichhadari naagin. She thinks who is this new naagin? Jhumki’s mother asks the Moon to give some power to Jhumki so she can win the war. Maitree overhears their talk and understands that Red Naagin is Jhumki’s mother. Jhumki receives energy from the moon.
Nandini calls Maitree but her phone doesn’t get connected. Jhumki’s mother asks Jhumki to end her love drama and she says if she marries Harsh then they will get Swarnmani which will help them rule their snake realm. Jhumki agrees. Jhumki’s mother tells Jhumki to bring Harsh here as he will be saved by Swarnmani. Maitree escapes from there. Jhumki feels suspicious. She sees Maitree’s anklet there. Jhumki says the scorpion will kill Maitree. Maitree calls Nandini and asks her to shift Harsh to another room. Nandini agrees. Maitree goes to search for Swarnmani. Maitree feels helpless and cries. She is in tears and asks Mahadev to help her.
