The episode starts with Maitree searching for Saransh in the hospital. On another side, Ashish looks for Maitree. He notices Sona and inquires whether she saw Maitree. Sona informs him of Saransh’s condition and says they need to find Saransh immediately for his surgery. Ashish assures her that he will look for Saransh. Ashish sees Saransh and calls him. Saransh turns and calls his mother. Sona and Ashish are taken aback by Saransh’s condition. Saransh collapses in the arms of his mother and Ashish. Ashish takes Saransh to the operating room.

Doctors perform surgery on Saransh. Sona assures herself that her son will be fine. Maitree searches for Saransh. The blind lady asks Maitree to help her by taking her to Dr. Kavitha’s room. Maitree helps her. The old lady asks her to smile more. Ashish calls his friends and tries for B- blind. The doctor checks Nandini and thinks it’s tough to save her if she didn’t get blood. Doctors try hard to revive Saransh’s heartbeat but they fail to do it. They come out of the operating theatre and inform family members that they failed to save Saransh. Everyone gets shocked. Sona says they are lying. She goes to the operating room and collapses seeing her son’s dead body. Everyone feels bad. Om asks Ashish to search for Maitree immediately to save Nandini. Ashish asks how can he asks her to donate blood. Om says it’s needed to save Nandini.

Ashish cries badly recalling his moments with his brother and how the accident changed their life up and down. Maitree sees Ashish and asks Ashish if he saw Saransh as she couldn’t find him anywhere. Ashish says they found Saransh. Maitree asks if he is taken to the operation or not. Ashish hesitates to say the truth to Maitree. Maitree asks Ashish if he is hiding something from her. Nandini’s doctor comes there and says glad she is here and makes her donate blood. Maitree asks who needs blood. Ashish says Nandini slips into a coma and she needs blood to come out from her condition. Maitree scolds him for not telling her immediately. She goes with Doctor and donates blood to Nandini. Ashish cries seeing Maitree. Maitree parents come there. Dinesh says Maitree loves red and it’s wiped out from her life. Maitree’s mother says their daughter needs to live in a color that she hates. Maitree signs them that she is fine. Maitree’s parents cry for their daughter’s fate. Ashish asks them to control themselves. He promises them that he won’t let anything wrong happens to Maitree.

Vasundhara asks his brother to start the case. Vasundhara sees the news on her mobile and learns that her daughter is fighting for her life. Vasundhara feels worried. Everyone comes to Nandini’s room. Kusum says the doctor is placing saline for Sona. The doctor says Nandini doesn’t come out of don’t even after a blood transfusion and it may take days or years for Nandini to cone out of come. Baby cries badly. The doctor asks the Nurse to place the baby in an incubator. Ashish thinks about how to tell Maitree about Saransh. Maitree says she needs to meet Saransh. She asks Ashish to take her to Saransh. Ashish in tears takes her. Everyone cries badly. Ashish takes Maitree to the mortuary. Maitree sees Saransh and says the operation is done then why didn’t they shift Saransh to the ward? She asks her family members about it. Sona slaps Maitree and tells her that Saransh is dead. Maitree cries badly hugging Sona. Everyone feels bad for her.
