The episode starts with Sona asking Maitree to leave from their house. Dinesh asks Maitree to come with them. Maitree refuses and says She has a relationship with the house before her marriage too and she can’t leave them in pain. She says she has responsibilities as a daughter in law and can’t leave Sona in pain. Dinesh says he is proud of his daughter. He says to Maitree every day I will come here and if you can’t stay here then come with me, your respect matters to me not what others say. Maitree agrees. She asks Sachin to get her white saree and runs inside.

Maitree sees herself in the mirror. She thinks about how much she hates white. Later she wears a white saree. She cries seeing her mehendi. She tries to wipe Mehendi but it won’t erase. She sees her wedding album in tears and recalls her moments with Saransh. Maitree says she waits for her friend to return. On another side, Nandini recalls everything and moves her finger. The nurse sees it and asks Nandini to respond to her if she can hear her.

Ashish asks Maitree why she wore a white saree and says he will talk to Sona. Maitree says let’s go to the hospital as Nandini may be tired of hearing beeping sounds so I prepared good songs album for Nandini. Ashish says Nandini won’t like to see her in white. Maitree says it’s my respect for elders and a new painting will happen on white and we got one happiness in this struggle that’s your son. She asks him to smile for his son and asks how is he. Ashish says he is fine. He receives Bakshi’s call. Bakshi informs Ashish that Nandini moved her fingers and she started recovering. Ashish thanks him. Dr. Bakshi says the nurse searched for you but you’re not at hospital. Ashish says he is coming. Maitree asks him what happened. Ashish says he will tell in front of everyone. They go downstairs.

Kusum feels sad seeing Maitree in a white saree. Kusum apologizes to Maitree. Maitree says the truth can’t be changed. She says Ashish is here to share good news. Ashish says they are 2good news and one is we can bring back baby home and Nandini started recovering. They feel happy and hug Ashish. Maitree asks them to join her in their hug. They join her. Ashish asks Kusum to come with him to bring baby home. Kusum agrees but she gets a sudden asthma attack. Ashish gives her an inhalor. Om says Kusum can’t handle the baby. Kusum says they can’t leave baby in the hospital so it’s better to hire a baby caretaker. Maitree says caretakers won’t take good care of the baby. She says she will take responsibility for the baby as his Maasi.
