The episode starts with Adit explaining to Kusum that his actions are not to hurt them and tells her that whatever he did is for Ishana’s betterment. He asks Kusum to forgive him if hurts her with his actions. Kusum embraces him and tells him that they want to meet Ishana once then they can give a good send off to Ishana. Adit says it’s tough but I will try to bring Ishana home for one day. Mangal thanks him. She asks Adit to eat dinner. Adit says he already ate tiffin given by his friend’s mother. He asks Mangal to wash the tiffin box and gives the box to her.
The next day, Mangal tells Kusum that she is missing Ishana. Mangal and Kusum talk about how to convince Adit to bring Ishani home. Mangal decides to invite Ishani home using Adit’s birthday as an excuse and says to Kusum about it. Akshay calls Mangal and she leaves from there. Kusum opens the tiffin box and finds a handkerchief with letter S on it.
Mangal on video call tells Karthik about the surprise birthday party to Adit and says it will be incomplete without Ishana. Karthik assures her that he will bring Ishana. Sowmya who is present in that restaurant overhears Karthik’s words and understands that Mangal is planning for Adit’s birthday. She decides to arrange a surprise party for Adit by herself.
Later, Sowmya asks Adit about his birthday plans. Adit says he will celebrate birthday with his family. Sowmya asks him to celebrate his birthday with her in the evening. Adit agrees.
Mangal prepares cake for Adit. Kusum asks Mangal why she is preparing cake as Karthik said he will order the cake. Mangal says she wants to prepare the cake by herself so, she asks Karthik to not order the cake.
Ishana calls Mangal and says to Mangal that she doesn’t like it here and says she wants to return home. Ishana asks Mangal to tell Adit to bring her back home as there is no one here for her. Mangal asks Ishana not to speak like that and says there is everyone here for her. Ishana says she doesn’t like the food here and says she also feels stomach pain when she eats the food here. Mangal hearing it says to Ishana that she would like to talk to her teacher. Mangal talks to Ishana’s teacher saying Ishana will get sick if she eats anything easily and says they have to be a lot careful when they prepare food for Ishana. Mangal asks Ishana’s teacher if they can send Ishana’s food from her home. Ishana’s teacher agrees. Ishana later talks to Mangal over the phone and says to Mangal that she wants to be there for Adit’s birthday. Ishana’s teacher says to Ishana that her time is up. Ishana cuts the call.
Kusum calls Adit and talks to him over the phone. Adit after talking to Kusum he is about to cut the call but Sowmya takes the phone from him and puts it aside. Sowmya says to Adit that she made all of these arrangements for Adit in Sinlo
Cafe and instead of cutting the cake he is doing all these things. Kusum overhears their conversation over the phone. Kusum decides to not allow Adit cut the cake without his family. Kusum calls for Sudesh and says to Sudesh and Mangal that she wants to do Adit’s birthday right away in a cafe and insists Mangal and Sudesh to come with her. Mangal says she will come after preparing food for Ishana. Kusum agrees and says she will leave with Adit.
Mangal prepares food for Ishana and she puts Ishana’s food in a box.
Kusum and Sudesh stop Adit when he is about the cake in the cafe. Kusum confronts Adit why was he celebrating his birthday only with Sowmya. Sowmya says to Kusum that this is a suprise birthday party for Adit that the office colleagues arranged and says all of them are on the way. Sowmya goes to a side to call all the office colleagues. Kusum asks Adit why was he about to cut the cake before his office colleagues came here. Sowmya says another cake is on the way. Kusum asks Sowmya to allow her to talk to her son.
Mangal gets ready to leave to Adit’s birthday party.
