The episode starts with Mangal trying to stop an auto. Kusum stops Mangal and says she needs a favour from her. Mangal asks what it is. Kusum says that Adit has lost his job and requests her to speak to Bhabhi ji about it since her rapport with Bhabhi ji is good. Mangal looks on.
Mangal goes to Bhabhi ji and tells her she wants to talk about Adit ji. Bhabhi ji asks if she is here to talk about Adit’s job. She tells Mangal to mind her own work and not interfere in other matters. She says Mangal should focus on her work, and adds that today she didn’t even know how her dish got swapped. Mangal says she doesn’t know how it happened. She again requests Bhabhi ji to reconsider Adit’s job. Bhabhi ji rebukes her. Satish arrives and informs Bhabhi ji that he is her new PA. Bhabhi ji asks him to wait in the cabin. She then tells Mangal that she will not change her decision and leaves.
Adit asks Sowmya to stop stressing. Rithu asks Sowmya for some money as he has forgotten his wallet. Sowmya agrees. She takes Adit’s wallet and finds only 100 rupees in it. Rithu mocks them and leaves. Sowmya scolds Adit for making her feel insulted. Other contestants come and tell them not to worry, as Mangal is requesting Bhabhi ji to give Adit his job back. They mock them and leave. Sowmya tells Adit that Mangal’s act is disgusting and that he has lost his value. Adit becomes furious.
Mangal sets the food on the dining table. She thinks Neel and Ishana have gone to a party. She calls Kusum and Sudesh for dinner. Adit suddenly pulls the tablecloth, causing all the food to fall to the floor and on Mangal’s saree. Mangal and Kusum ask what happened. Adit scolds Mangal for talking to Bhabhi ji about giving his job back, saying she wants to show the world that she is the best and he is useless. Kusum says Mangal was only trying to help and he is misunderstanding her. Adit says he is understanding her very well. He says his time is not good, but he does not need anyone’s charity, especially Mangal’s. He tells her never to help him again and leaves. Sowmya smiles after seeing everything. She apologises to Mangal, saying Adit vented his frustration on her. Mangal leaves. Sowmya thinks this is exactly what she wanted and walks away.
Mangal reaches home. She notices she hasn’t received any message from Ishana. She calls Ishana. At first Ishana doesn’t answer, then the call doesn’t connect. She calls Neel since they are together, but his phone is also unreachable. She worries about whether Neel and Ishana have reached home. Adit is frustrated as he is unable to get a job despite his experience. Sowmya comes and says he will soon get a good job and doesn’t need to work as anyone’s PA. Adit asks her not to taunt him. Ishana calls Adit. Adit answers. Ishana, in tears, apologises and says she has made a mistake and cannot face anyone. Adit asks what happened. Ishana cuts the call and cries. Adit calls her again, worried. Sowmya says she doesn’t know when Mangal and Ishana will leave him as well. She asks what happened. Adit says Ishana is distressed and he is going to Mangal’s house to find out.
Adit arrives at Mangal’s place and learns that Ishana is not there. They leave together to search for her. Meanwhile, Ishana is attempting suicide by standing on a building terrace. Mangal and Adit reach the place where Ishana and Neel had gone for the party. They begin searching for her. Mangal finds Ishana’s sandal at the entrance. They become more worried and question the watchman about her. They then hear a woman shouting to stop the girl from attempting suicide. Adit and Mangal rush there and see Ishana. Ishana jumps off the building, but Adit and Mangal catch her just in time.
