The episode begins with Sudhesh telling Kusum that if Mangal breaks her relationship with Adit, their relationship with Mangal will also be affected. Kusum asks Adit to stop Mangal from divorcing him, but Adit says that Mangal’s decision is the right one and refuses to listen. He then leaves for his room with Sowmya, leaving Kusum in tears. Meanwhile, a nurse tries to call Kusum to share something important, but Kusum cannot hear her properly due to signal issues. Determined, the nurse hires an auto to meet Kusum in person.
Lakshmi decides to leave Karthik’s life so that he can pursue his true love. Both Mangal and Lakshmi miss each other deeply. Meanwhile, Sowmya receives a message that her parcel has been delivered. Curious, Akshat opens the parcel before Sowmya can get to it. When Sowmya comes to the hall and sees this, she scolds him angrily. Mangal apologizes to Sowmya on Akshat’s behalf, but Sowmya sarcastically asks Mangal to teach her son some manners. As Sowmya is about to leave, Akshat’s ball accidentally hits her feet, causing the parcel to fall. Sowmya hurriedly hides the fake belly she had ordered to conceal her fake pregnancy.
Hearing the doorbell, Kusum opens the door and sees the nurse standing there. The nurse hands Kusum a report, urging her to read it carefully to understand the situation. Sowmya leaves her product in shock as the nurse departs.
Mangal notices the sponge-like item and questions what it is. Kusum reads the report and discovers that Sowmya is not pregnant. Both Kusum and Mangal confront Sowmya, demanding to know why she deceived them. In anger, Kusum pushes Sowmya out of the house. Just then, Adit arrives and sees Sowmya outside. He holds her and confronts Kusum, asking why she is mistreating Sowmya, who is supposedly pregnant. Kusum shows the report to Adit, revealing that Sowmya is not pregnant and has been deceiving them. Sowmya tries to explain herself, but Adit refuses to forgive her for playing with his feelings and throws her out of the house.
Suddenly, Sowmya snaps back to reality—it was all her imagination.
The nurse is about to tell the truth to Kusum, but Sowmya creates a scene to mislead Kusum, sending her into the kitchen. Taking advantage of the situation, Sowmya leads the nurse away. Later, when Kusum returns, she notices the file is missing and tries to call the nurse. However, Sowmya convinces Kusum not to answer the call and instead offers the nurse more money to keep her fake pregnancy a secret. The nurse reluctantly agrees, and Sowmya retrieves the file, thinking to herself that money can solve any problem.
Kusum sends Mangal to the market to buy vegetables. At the market, Mangal spots Sowmya and receives a call from Koyal. After answering the call, Mangal approaches Sowmya, who hurriedly hides the file. Sowmya warns Mangal to stay away from her. Report from file files. Meanwhile, Mangal asks the shopkeeper to pack some chili. Unknowingly, the shopkeeper uses a piece of Sowmya’s report paper to pack the chili and hands it to Mangal.
